How do you get harder, fuller buds?How do I get firmer, fuller buds? Why do I always get buds that are thin and "open"? The attached photo of the purple bud is a bud after 7-8 days of drying. I'm still going to cure.

How's recovery looking on these girls?Plants were topped, defoliated, some Lst, a scrog added and flipped to flower 2 days ago. I think they are recovering well. PH measurement I struggled w Ph issues in 1st grow and put it down to the grow medium & rookie mistakes. Is it better to measure Ph in runoff or the medium? When is it best to measure Ph? I have 2 cheap amazon Ph pens (one calibrated) and don't feel like spending another 0 for a new one.
