Too much N. Their looks to be a bit of haziness on the one leaf in the last pic. might want to check on it and rule out if its WPM. Could be the lens or pic though.

Definitely looks to be some sort of flowering plant. leaf formation definitely points toward something out of balance. Tough to see in lights, but if leaves are glossy and dark, N is overfed. Luckily, you can treat these plants pretty shitty and they will come out okay, and you are far from that level. exactly what else is out of balance is impossible to tell from bare minimum info of a picture.

hey 👋 It looks like an overdose of N. If you are still using nitrogen-rich fertilizers (such as those for growth), stop doing so. It may also be that your substrate is very rich or poorly rinsed, and drainage is insufficient. Also check the pH; too low a pH or too high an EC can aggravate nitrogen toxicity. Finally, check the height of your lamps; heat or light stress cannot be ruled out. Move them a little further away if this is the case
