Sonnenerde Bio Faser is a nutrient-rich, organic mulch material. It consists mainly of stable straw fibres and offers a high nitrogen content, which is slowly released as the material decomposes and provides natural fertilisation with every application. Bio Fibre is ideal for pots, vegetable gardens, perennial beds, open tree grates and shrub planting. It helps to retain soil moisture, supports soil biology and prevents soil erosion and drying out. A uniform mulch layer of 2–3 cm ensures long-term soil health and plant vitality and reduces the need for additional fertilisation.
