Bruce Banner

Late report. Turned out real nice even though my environment was not nice. Running clones again as should be even better.

The Bruce Banner is the result of the cross between an OG Kush and a Strawberry Diesel, an incredible strain in my opinion, a big sativa that grow fast and strong right from the first days of vegatition. She grow very well with topping but I advice to not prune too much branches because, like a sativa, she will grow with few big and long stems. This genetic is very resistance with a big production in terms of wieght but also in terms of concentration of the trichomes in fact you have a very intense perfume and if you are lucky she will show a beautiful shade of colour on the fan leaves. After the cure process i can add the "smoke review", the first taste i feel is a balanced mix of sour, diesel and earthy. Sour taste isn't enugh to describe the principal taste, i can say to feel a profile that remeber me the taste of grapefruit a sweet citrus but also acid. Then considering that one of her parents is an OG Kush, the other two flavors aren't a surprise. The effect is on the whole more energetic than sleepy, Bruce launches you in the space of yuor brain but with control and without anxienty, very potent and balanced at the rigth level. The body effect makes itself felt, i feel relieve the muscle tension making me looser.

Die Sorte ist vom Geruch sehr herzhaft erdig und riecht bisschen nach Blattgrün. Nach den Trocknen und Fermentieren ist der Pflanzliche Geruch ein bisschen weggegangen und das erdige kommt mehr durch.

I popped 1 seed of Bruce Banner fem-photo from ILGM in a rapid rooter. 142 days later here we are. The long flower time was definitely influenced by my environmental conditions, and a deficiency that I was able to fix. The fact that she withstood that and produced some nice looking buds with heavy aroma was impressive. I can't wait to grow again indoors and really push her to the max. Great genetics in my opinion as I did not experience any type of issues, herm, diseases, etc. The buds on these were the densest of all my ILGM.

i dont use canibus.. but smell is great.. earthy, smells like coffee pungent, gas smell

lanky and small to medium sized nugs. will be growing again in the future.

Another great strain from ILGM this one was a fun grow and turned out very pretty with lots of frost. I get like a diesel cheese on the nose with something sweet I just can't place

Great grow- harvested a 1/2 lbs from one plant. Excellent buzz. Lots of energy and creativity. Easy grow if you LST right from the start to maximize yield.

She just shot off from the go. Flower by week 3 huge stretches. Joy to grow. I am amazed at the size and density of the buds. Can't wait to get her dried and cured.

Small in size, but could just be from my end. Other than that great beautiful genetics

This plant grew awesome. Beautiful colors came out in flower and made it look awesome. The taste and smell is amazing. Very skunky and dank but there's an amazing sweetness and fruitiness that smells like fruit loops. I can even smell the sugary coating. Makes my mouth water. Absolutely amazing strain

Pleasant sweet smoke with tropical fruits and flowers taste. Quite quickly, you feel high. Day stuff. After smoking, you remain quite productive, but at the same time you feel strong 💪🏽 Stone and a surge of creativity. Definitely my favorite!

Summer heat killed my a/c couldn’t keep up with both tents producing heat watering more than expected but it’s all learning what to do for your next harvest learned a lot this go. She’s stretch’s into flower regrets on not flipping soon ended up long stems. Bruce can’t handle LST, Topping, HST, and pruning well. Will be growing another thanks for reading my stuff

The clones are now cured and I must say this is the perfect daytime smoke! You can definitely taste that Strawberry Diesel 😁 Very uplifting effects, very creative! Growing went ok for a noob like me, lol. I did make some mistakes but I learned where so that's what counts. Very resistant to mold. Very easy to train with no stress signs during each session. Moderate feeding and took nutrients well. The mother is down and in jars now.

Hard strain to grow but man it's worth it.

It’s a pretty heavy hitter.. I think the #2 pheno was leaning more towards the strawberry diesel parent.. and got some nice color as well. Bruce #2 yielded much more weight at just above 6 oz. more dense buds than Bruce #1 To be fair the way the lights were set up, #2 had more peripheral light from another SF2000 shining on it where as the #1 did not.

I’ve only consumed this a couple times it seems like a pretty even hybrid split. Definitely hits you right in the face, not quite my cup of tea. Had issues with the grow this thing seems like a mutant, you can see the top caller after it dried had like fingers of buds? Not one solid chunk as it should be. Also she threw bananas in several places, I hate to say it but I’m moving away from ILGM as my main seed bank. I’ve had bananas turn up on a majority of their feminized plants. This and both Durban’s had them. I know it can be environmental but I’m fairly confident that’s not the issue. Other breeders I’ve used in the same tents and conditions end up without nanners. I’ll still use them for a few choice strains like blue dream and pure indica - I think they’re just rushing things with some of their strains, especially autos.

Pretty easy

Overall this strain was relatively easy to grow. As far as yield goes I would rate it above average depending on phenotype. I was able to pull 5 and 1/2 oz off Bruce Banner number one and 5 and 1/4 ounces off of Bruce Banner number 2. Bruce Banner number 3 was a small or yielding giving me only 3 and 1/4 ounces. Overall I ended up with around 14 oz off three Bruce Banners. I really like this strain and would definitely recommend it.
