What can I say, the strain is amazing, it is literary monstrous. The growth spurt from week 5 to 6 has been insane and now standing at 30cm tall. The girls have been drinking at least 4 litres a day. TD#1 is more than 2 feet wide at 30cm tall its ridiculous. I have noticed #1 is a different phenotype than #2 & #3 because of the difference in leaves sizes as #1 has smaller leaves as compared to #2 & #3. Looking forward to seeing how these girls grow out in later stages.

This was a solid week but my PH keeps dropping. PPM dropped from 780ish to 560 so I know she's eating. Buds are forming nice and compact for their first week of actually forming. Other than the PH problem that I'm correcting daily until my fresh res change, my tallest stalk in the back grew into the light so hopefully those buds don't bleach! Open to constructive criticism btw!

Pretty simple first week! Seed took 3 nights for the taproot to pop and it was planted in its final pot on day 4. On day 6, it finally popped through the soil and on day 7 the little sprout is starting to grow up. There is a small piece of seed casing left attached. Going to leave it for a day or two. Cal-Mag Deficiency Adjustment – Pheno #5’s Special Needs This week started with a close inspection of our phenos, and we noticed that Pheno #5 was showing early signs of a calcium/magnesium deficiency. Whether it was slightly off VPD levels or this particular plant being more demanding, we decided to correct it by increasing the dose of RO Water Conditioner. Now, while this isn’t a direct substitute for Cal-Mag, it does contain trace amounts that can help stabilize the situation. 🔬 Understanding Cal-Mag Deficiency: Calcium and magnesium are essential secondary nutrients. Calcium strengthens cell walls, preventing issues like tip burn and weak stems, while magnesium plays a critical role in chlorophyll production, allowing plants to efficiently absorb light energy. 💡 Signs of Deficiency: • Yellowing between veins (Magnesium) • Rust spots on leaves (Calcium) • Slow growth and weak stems ⚡ How We Address It: • Slightly increasing RO Water Conditioner to see if trace minerals help • Keeping an eye on overall nutrient uptake to ensure no lockout • Monitoring VPD (Vapor Pressure Deficit) closely to optimize nutrient absorption Let’s see how she reacts next week! Branching Development – Pheno #2 Leading the Race All five phenos are thriving, but Pheno #2 is showing the most aggressive branching, pushing outward faster than her sisters. However, overall, we’re seeing very uniform growth, which speaks volumes about the stability of these genetics. 🌱 What is Branching & Why It Matters? Branching is the plant’s way of expanding its canopy, increasing surface area for photosynthesis, and maximizing potential bud sites. Well-structured branches allow better airflow, light penetration, and more even growth—key for a successful high-yield harvest. ⚖️ Topping vs. Leaf Bending – The Training Choice Instead of topping, I’ve decided to go with leaf bending for now. Hi everybody! How is going your summer? I can’t travel unfortunately, so I’m spending my time on one of my favorite hobbies 🔥 This time I’m testing a famous strain: the Girl Scout Cookies Auto! I’ve always heard big things on this plant, so I’m very grateful to Weed Seeds Express to gave me the opportunity to grow this amazing genetic! I really love sweet smoke, I think she could become one of my favorite weed 😏 GSC germinated in 24h, after the transplant I left her at home under led light and I went to my sea home for some days, I came back just for her 7th day of life and she is well (my cat didn’t destroyed her, this is a big goal for me🤣🍾) Thanks Weed Seed Express, I hope I’ll do a good job!!!

She is growing good. Defoleated A lot. She is starting to get frosty. No burn upped the newts to 680 ppm. Hung the second light. So things should get interesting.

Growing nicely, I'm hopeful she will be colorful later on in her life. She will be going outside, I have wind blowing to strengthen the stems up to prepare for mother nature.

This plant is looking like an awesome candidate for outdoors. I feel so indecisive lol. At least I have many options to choose from this season. Same level of nutes this week as last. No training this week.

I have grown RQS a few times but this is my first RQS diary. The seed took 36hrs to pop and sprout in the wet paper towel. It only took another 36hrs to come fully out of the ground and loose it’s shell. I started with the lights 70cm’s from the soil which was giving a LUX💡reading of 25,000lux💡.Once the seedling 🌱 got to 5cm’s I raised the light by 5cm again to keep the distance at 70cm’s maintaining a reading of 25,000Lux💡 at the top of the seedling 🌱. On previous grows I started with the light at 80cm’s but I was getting stretching. I find if I start at 70cm’s and don’t raise the light after a day or two that the seedling 🌱 can get light burn. HUMIDITY: As you can see in photos I have milk bottle tops full of water next to the seedling. I’ve been this for a while now. I have my seedling next to a plant only a few weeks away from harvest so I need to keep the overall humidity low. I might be crazy and wasting my time but it makes sense to me. I leave these bottle tops near the seedling and over the space of a day the water evaporates off and then I refill them again with water (PH’d water). I reckon if the water is evaporating off so close to the seedling that it must be creating some extra humidity around the seedling 🌱. For the record I don’t think the earth 🌍 is flat. *I’m using RQS nutrients for this grow. I am recording the nutrients as 0.5ml as there is not a tablet option so what I mean by 0.5 is half of one tablet per 2ltrs of water. 🦍Day 3: Watered around the edges of the seedling 🌱 just to dampen the soil a bit 🦍Day 5: Dampened soil again. Looking good so far. 🦍Day 7: Gave very light watering. Happy with the height of the seedling 🌱. The light distance seems to have worked well.

Week 3 is done and this girl had an interesting week. I noticed her yellowing tips on day 17 but only on the older growth? I'm stumped, surely it isn't the light intensity, still only at 450ish umols. The pot is always weighty, could it be an over water? Her sisters don't seem phased at all. As for environment, today I've turned the ventilation fan on 24hrs with no breaks. I started getting paranoid that hour on hour off is not doing them any favors and I'm just gonna have to suck it up and bare the brunt of the power bill. This will also drastically reduce the RH, which I'm not totally sure of the effects it will have on the girls. Low RH has got to be better than RH too high, right? 🤷‍♂️
