Welcome back to another week, finally decided to flip to flower as these girls do grow pretty quickly in DWC. Aiming for some nice quality buds bit also a decent yield of at least 1 gram per watt of light. Nutrient solution has not been changing to complete flower schedule yet but I will be sure to switch it over in a few days. The crucial part now is keeping the EC and pH in a good range to avoid any deficiencies or Nutrient lock out. Let's see what the stretch brings the first few weeks. Stay tuned, and I'll be back for the by the end of the week to report some video feedback. End of the week has ending with a heavy defoliation session. Plants were getting bushy and covering potential tops so that needed to be addressed. For now, it will be selective defoliation once they have recovered, which should be in 2/3 days. Flowering day 76 since time switch to 12/12 h. Hey guys :-) Finally the time has come . The lady was harvested and hung upside down in the dry tent 😍. Before that, she stood in the drying tent in complete darkness for 2 days and the large leaves were removed. The small leaves stay attached during the drying process so that they protect the buds and allow them to dry more slowly and evenly :-) . In the dry tent, the temperature is 18-19.5 degrees and the humidity is 54-58% 👍. In this environment they are now allowed to hang for 10-14 days before they are fine-tuned and trimmed clean by hand. then after trimming they come to ferment for 6-12 weeks in dark jars with bobeda packs 62% to keep the perfect humidity. After a few weeks, the Boveda packs 58% are used so that they can slowly dry out :-) . Of course there is one last update after trimming. Until then, I wish you a lot of fun with the update. Overall this plant was great to grow, she just grew and was happy doing it the entire time, pretty good yield off a plant that was only about 12inches tall. Seemed to be a lot more resistant to deficiencies then the other two strains this grow. Definitely a great mid-day Smoke!

Veg week two. Everything seems to be ok at this point.

09 October 2018 - Day 106 Flush run well, Buds have increased and thickened up nicely. Day 107 - No more burn and buds are growing. Day 108 - Conditions are good. Day 109 - Noticed heavy and healthy root growth. Last day before trim Day 110 - Trimmed and Harvested. ** Tent was required ** Day 111 - Colour and smell has become stronger Day 112 - Still drying

I could let them sit in the pot for 1 more week, but I really need my weed. 100% cloudy but no amber

I cut out the nutrients and let the plant do its thing. I also noticed the plant had been pollinated and was starting to grow seeds, so I cut her at the end of this week, a week early. I left a portion of the plant to seed, but the rest was cut and hung. The branch I left is showing toxicity, proof of the intensity of nutrients this plant needed to survive. I tried to combat this with PH balancer to keep the cola productive and not toxified by the excessive nutrients needed by the rest of the plant that wasn't there. I was successful by prolonging the life closest to winter by building a heat trap, and mulching the ground beside the plant.

The plant has become really massive and the fruity smell it gives off is perhaps one of the most pleasant I've ever smelled. The plant drinks almost 2L of water per day. I changed the fertilizers by removing those not strictly necessary for the flower's energy, in order to make the plant use the vital lymph of the leaves, which will lose them further favoring the growth of the inflorescences. At the same time I added ADV Overdrive, a magnesium, phosphate and potassium based fertilizer which stimulates the weight gain of the flowers. For the hundredth day I decided to make a video, I'm definitely satisfied! I expect to cut the plant around the 10th week of flowering.

This plant plus one more started to wilt earlier on in the week, I figured it was probably time to transplant seeing as they had been in the solo cups for 2 weeks. After transplant plants seemed to be happy again. I introduced amino acids this week as well. They are getting the grease spray and drench program

Welcome back in the Purple Project ! Buds still growing gently, nice earthy smell slowly tickling my nose. No excess or deficiency at the moment. I'm not using Rhino Skin and Bud Factor X cause I couldn't find them where I am. I Ordered some from a online spanish shop but it's never been sent ... Stay tuned for big purple colas, The Dude

Day 50. Tallest Kush chopped by breeders recommendations, but in my conditions like a week at least away. Had max 20% milky, most clear, plant suffered some deficiency and was faiding slowly, still. Instead of Christmas flowers - 5 colas surprised my friends, colours and crystals are amazing. She was watered last 4 rounds with water and i will compare taste and effect , but i think it's a loosing tactics - such early crop. Not more than 40 expected from what left ;))) 5 out of 17 colas was taken away. I will add a third of weight, for real feel in totals. Day 67. After 24 hours of darkness all girls are chopped. Will make review and update in a week or so.
