Day 89. Oh what a mess is happening, some girls faded totally, but all are still clear ... Absolute insane run ... I am lost, want to chop , but top flowers looks like on week 3 of flower ;))))) I don't want to push them so long, but my curiosity tells me not to stop ... Most girls are crazy crystaly , just my cam is not focusing, need better repair shop ... No food, just pure high ph water . Happy growing !!!

Esa familia, estoy de nuevo por aquí, os traigo la última semana de crecimiento de estas candy caramelo de Zambezaseeds. Estoy bastante contento las 3 son simétricas están creciendo en un tanque de 7 litros en los cuales aportamos el primer riego con nutrientes para solventar alguna carencia leve, sobre todo de nitrógeno pero nada como echarles de comer. El ph está controlado, la temperatura no aumenta de 26 grados y la humedad la mantenemos por encima de 50%. Cómo apreciáis, todo va sobre ruedas, veremos que tal se comportan de ahora en adelante, saludos fumetillas y buenos humos.

I have already said everything, in principle, I advise everyone to grow this variety, I got an amazing tree half purple with giant cones and a large harvest, I am delighted!

Week has been ok, did what I’m guessing was the final tuck into the Scrog net. Will give another couple of weeks and then do second defoliation. Managed to control what was probably a pythium outbreak.. used great white enzymes and another enzyme/bacteria mix and it cleared up and ph stabilised within a day or so.

Switched to 12/12 light schedule. 😎

Day 64, 12.06.2024 Today marks the start of week 10. I just saw that some of the leafs of Erika I are clawing upwards. I double checked the light distance to the canope which seems to be fine at around 30cm. I watered yesterday. As over watering might be the culprit as well I will watch closely wether it gets better during the next 24h. However, as we are approaching the finishing line I will not put too much effort in this issue. Day 65, 13.06.2024 Another round of drinks is about to be served. As Erika I is tacoing (edges of the leafs are facing towards the light) I went into analysis: It could be a) lights: after checking the distance again I an rule that out. Also the other plant does not show any clawing symptoms. b) underwatering: I gave 500ml extra water yesterday in the morning in hopes of recovery by afternoon. But no sign of relaxation so I ruled out that as well. c) overwatering: hard to believe as I only water 15% of the pot volume every other day and there is no drain d) over fertilization: Thats a point - I gave both plants the exact same amount of nutrition during grow. I think this plant might have had enough for a while. Because of d) I decided to not give Erika I any fertilizers today (she also did not show signs of low nutrition in the past). However, I will water both and keep an eye on them. No reason for panic though I guess. Also: Being on the final lap towards harvest I recognized quite a lot of the pistils are getting orange. I would say currently over all buds around 50-60% of the pistils are orange. I will wait until ~90% of them are orange and then take a look at the trichomes, where I aim for 80/20 ratio (cloudy to amber). Day 66, 14.06.2024 No action today. Day 67, 15.06.2024 Today I will water and feed again - providing 4/4/4 Grow/Bloom/TopMax + 1,2ml CalMag to Erika II. For Erika I I am still waiting for the leafs to un-taco - but until now there is no sign of it. This is the last official week with nutrients anyway so maybe Erika I already had her last meal, but without realizing 😂 Tacoing did not went away. Didn't really change at all actually. So they both get water & nutes. Next time I might skip nutes on Erika I. Amount of water: ~600ml each Day 68, 16.06.2024 No action on the plants today. Revised my timing and plans: - BioBizz nutrient schedule is made for roughly 10 weeks of flowering with flushing instructions on the second to last week and harvest on the last week - assuming the Erikas started flowering in their 3rd week that leaves me with facing the 8th flowering week up (which is also the last week they should get nutrition) right ahead - Decision: will give them 3 times nutrients over the next 1 week. Then I will stop giving them nutrients and start flushing every other day (water then until water comes out below the pots). - I assume/hope I will flush for at least one week until it is time for harvest This period of the grow is unexpectedly exciting! I do not have any experience from other grows but until now I think it went quite good. There were no pests, no big time nutrient deficiencies, etc. and the buds look big and firm (at least from what I can tell anyway). Day 69, 17.06.2024 - A round of drinks to the ladies: The usual 4/4/4 Grow/Bloom/TopMax in 600ml of water each. Will NOT skip nutes on Erika I. - Humidity is starting to pose a problem again: During night time the humidity does not go below 68% for 6 hours. I surely hope this is not a problem - but I do not have any other choice: there is high humidity currently outside (lots of rain & warm weather). I will hope for the best I guess. - removed 3 more leafs Day 70, 18.06.2024 No action today but to experience high humidity (~69%) without being able to do something about that 😢 This concludes week 10. The breeder states this strain is ready for harvest after 11 weeks. Well.. I guess I am about to find out.

I grew all of my plants the same and with 3 strains and only being allowed to have 5 plants total I have to pick the strongest growers and hope they stay strong and this time for me the gamble payed off nicely with a good harvest. I would recommend this strain as it grows fast and did not seem to be a picky eater and took in a lot of heavy feedings... She popped out completely 48hs after being planted so looks like she's developing very quickly,let's see how sher performs. So excited about this strain by the masters of Dutch passion! 💚 🌱 ✌️

Safe to say we're heading into flower. I'm pretty close to full strength on the nutrients at this point. Still defoliating and filling in the screen. Plant on the right is slightly behind as far as kicking into flower. Some yellowing browning just starting a tips. I'll change out the water tomorrow (on day 49). Averaging water changes every 12 days. Day 49: Did not change water today, will on day 52 or 53 instead. Decided it could just be the light being too close. Moved it up and did a little lst above the screen. All done removing branches and leaves. Great end to the first week of flower.

DAY 36 All right got some aggressive growth this week. Sorted out the mag and calcium issues for the most part. Few plants are still showing minor deficiency symptoms. Punch Line #1 is a male. Identified at day 31 or so which is crazy to me that it showed signs that quickly. Put him outside - will initiate reproductive phase and I will harvest pollen in 3-4 weeks hopefully. So I used these LST clips I’ve used on dozens and dozens of plants now and they went on fine. But when I came back 12-24 hours later they had snapped the fuckin plant stem on the branch it was on. WTF. So one plant - #5 - has only one node left cuz it snapped its own branches!! So crazy man. I’m debating when to initiate flower on these babies. They’re gonna be beasts if I go much longer in veg. Probably won’t be able to do all these in this 4x4 realistically These are easily the best looking plants I’ve seen at 30 days in. Stalks on these are massive for their age. Nodes are huge and tight. Fan leaves bigger than my hands. Big ups to ETHOS on these. She seems to be overfed, showing yellowing here and there. I might have messed up the Ph because I did not adjust fhe ph of nutrients mix. I assumed it was ph corrected. Now, I am adjusting the Ph and reducing feeding. Let’s hope that she recovers next week.
