Day 102 since seed touched soil. Again troubles .... Came to check them and found tent dark. Normally theirs day was in the night, now one day we again had no electricity and everything moved 8 hours, so day is day now .... Humidity spikes as hell. I dont want to make wounds, so no defoliation ... just too big of a risk to damage or bring infection in .... Ground level 99% rh, canopy level - 85, lights level - 80 .... never grew in such hight, i did in 65-70 without problems, but this goes overboard ... Drinking slowed down, will reduce volume by 20% next watering. One more feed left. Keeping sticky pads as prevention and it helped to catch 50 or so bugs and maybe prevent infestation. Gnats mostly ... This this girl despite standing in shade , is very very nice. I managed to flatten her out without any HST, proud of myself a bit ;))) 10 days till chop !!! Hope no bud rot !!! House is filled with hints of Vanilla & fruity undertones. Extremely high Calyx to leaf ratio. This was a great experience and something I have looked forward to for 19 YEARS!!!!!! Thats right, my very first attempt was a summer when I was 14 in a backyard with mediocre results and no flower but that was my very first grow ever. 19 years later its fully legal and here I am getting 36 grams of decent bud grown by the sun in a very questionable cannabis climate!!! NO COMPLAINTS HERE!!!!!!!😋 This diary was never about getting giant buds or the best flowers but more about I'm growing ORGANIC PINEAPPLE EXPRESS IN MY BACKYARD literally a dream come true, to do this worry free, 100% legal. As far as the grow goes I will certainly have some new strategies next year, I think a plastic pot would have been better to keep the heat in at night time with the cool temps earlier on in summer. Maybe even some minor insulation would be a good idea?!?! I'll invent the canadian outdoor cannabis pot hahahah I did not scrog the lady but I did use some yoyos to pull down the outer branches to help the flowers get even light. Will try folair feeding as well next time. I also dried her outside! and trimmed her outside to, she got the full outdoor experience. I just cut the plant and hung her under the deck, worked out good as it was a fairly dry week and she dried out fairly slowly, a little quicker than the tent plants. Now in about a week or 2, maybe a small cure at least first I will be doing the end game goal, smoking endless doobies of pineapple express while watching pineapple express!!!!!!!!! This is the last week of veg. Scrog the plant and took clones from the lower growth. It was transplanted the week prior so after 3 days of recovery from the lollipoping and shaping to fit the scrog. Literally had no issues the veg cycle.

I started the week super cropping. Each of these babies is looking great now.

I put 4 or 5 new LST clips on her to open her up and she has already grown a LOT since doing so 4 days ago!!

Happy new year! Hope 2023 will bring us peace and prosperity! Week 5 is all about growth. Im amazed by Mimosa’s pace. Every morning I’m opening the tent to a bigger stronger plant. Had issues with much higher PH in runoff compared to input (6.5 vs 5.8) and thanks to Roberts and GrowingGrannie i came to solving the issue by increasing the EC. FYI - in coco coir: higher PH in runoff means girls are hungry and need to be fed. Lower PH - overfeeding. Learning everyday! Today (day 35) started seeing a little bit of yellow tips on top so reduced the ec to 1.75 and gave the 4 liter each with 25% runoff. I’m running out of space for mimosa, i was not expecting her to grow so much. Need to consider a 100*100 tent and a bigger light of course. But prolly will keep the existing setup and just stick to growing 1-2 plants at a time i/o 4 right now. Mimosa is preparing for flowering, started giving her Canna Boost and seeing white hairs all over, she confirmed she is a lady :) Cookies is a little behind in height but i believe she’ll catch up. Mr wolf now has a swing and can chill in the shade. Week 6 will start watering every day. Thanks you, growmies, for being the best community in the world. Love you! Peace.
