I pollinated a side bud of this girl and her seeds are developing quickly. Which is exciting for the sake of future grows. Other then that the buds are not super big at all but look super quality so I am happy with how things are progressing. As the week comes to an end the trichromes are really coming in and she is starting to smell very nice. I think one more week of flowering to fatten up a little more and then I will flush to finish. I learned that I started to feed flowering nutes to early and so my first two autos did not get super tall as a result. Learning a lot with my first indoor grow and first time with autos, I read a really solid breakdown of Autoflowers lifecycle that was super informative. I'll leave here, and post it with my final harvest post here. Knowledge is power 😎 LIFECYCLE OF AN AUTO A common question I see is when to switch autos from veg to bloom. Many people are under the impression that as soon as they see the first flowers it's time to switch. Perhaps a little explanation of the life cycle of autos will help to clarify this. Weeks 1 - 3. Once you've started your seeds and they break the surface of the soil, they are in their seedling stage. The first set of leaves to appear will usually single fingered, followed by a second set that may still be single fingered or perhaps 3 fingered. Once that second set appears growth will start to accelerate as the new leaves provide more photosynthesis. This process will continue, more new leaves, faster growth. Depending on the type of soil in use, mild vegetative nutes can be introduced at week 2. By week 3 most plants will start to show their sex. Males will start to produce pollen sacks and females will display pistils. Weeks 4 - 6. The plants are now entering a pre flowering stage. During this time the plants should exhibit explosive growth, often as much as a new set of nodes and 1" vertical growth a day. This is the time when they will gain most of their vertical height. Many people make the mistake of switching from vegetative to flowering nutrients at this point, assuming that since they see flowers it must be the proper time. This is incorrect. If the switch to flowering nutes is made at this time the vertical growth will stop and the plant will put it's energy into producing buds. If you need to keep your plants small, or want them to finish earlier, they by all means switch nutes at this point. But if you want to get the most out of your plants continue feeding vegetative nutes until you see the vertical growth slow and stop. Depending on the strain that will usually be sometime during week 5 or 6. Weeks 7 - 9. By now vertical growth has stopped and the switch to flowering nutrients has been made. The buds will start to fill out and put on weight, becoming hard and tight. Pistols will start to change from white to brown, orange, red, etc. By now the plants will also have developed a strong smell. Toward the end of this phase the large primary and smaller secondary fan leaves will begin to turn yellow. This is an indication that the plant is moving toward the end of it's life. Weeks 10 - 11. At this time flowering nutes should be discontinued and only plain pHed water fed to flush the remaining nutrients from the soil and improve the taste. Yellowing of the fan leaves will continue as the plant draws the stored energy from them. Eventually they will die and fall off. By the time that the smaller leaves that come from out of the buds will also start to turn yellow. Then it's time to harvest. I know that many of you are thinking that the seed bank said the plants will finish in 8-9 weeks, so why are you saying they take 10-11? The claims made by the seed banks are somewhat deceptive. If you switch to flowering nutes at week 3 or 4 the plants can finish in the times the seed banks say but they will remain small and not reach their full potential yield. Years of growing by myself and others has shown that autos do best if you follow this time line. Of course, there will always be variations depending on the strain, the environment, nutrients, etc. This information is meant to only serve as a general guideline.

3/11/2023 Week 4- Day 1 of Veg (Day 38 overall)| As a precaution I changed out the water in the system today at the 1 week mark to try and make sure I am giving the most to the roots to ensure a healthy successful grow. Gallons into the system = 36 Gal Mammoth Silica =.5 Mil/Gal = 18 Mil Root Drip = 1 Mil/Gal = 36 Mil Cal Mag = .5 Mil/Gal = 18Mil FloraMicro = 4.2 Mil/Gal = 151 Mil FloraGrow = 3.8 Mil/Gal = 137 Mil FloraBloom = 3.0 Mil/Gal = 108 Mil ORCA = .5 Mil/Gal = 18 Mil I checked my lighting My target is 300-350 for this week. I will bump it up to 400 on Week 5. PPFD = 351 Tent Conditions when I opened the tent I was at 59% humidity however I had the doors open for an hour while I changed the water out and re-mixed Nutes so it was at 48 when I closed the doors but I have a Firebird controller which is set for 60 to bring it back up. Water Temp on Change out = 69.4 PPM= 514 PH= 5.93 3/12/2023 Week 4- Day 2 of Veg (Day 39 overall) Everything is going good so I decided to de-foliate some. 3/13/2023 Week 4- Day 3 of Veg (Day 40 overall) Humidity at 61% Tent Temp at 78 Water Temp at 75.3 PPM=574 PH 5.89 Happy, Happy... I topped 2 nodes on Plant #3 and 1 Node on Plant #2. Everything looks dialed in (Finally). I will be changing out the water this weekend and as long as everything looks good I will go back to only changing out the water once every two weeks. 3/14/2023 Week 4- Day 4 of Veg (Day 41 overall) Not much to report.. I defoliated a little bit today and took a couple tops off each. 3/15/2023 Week 4- Day 5 of Veg (Day 42 overall) Nothing to much to report. Took a few leaves today and a couple of Nodes topped on each of the plants. Week 13 has been going very well. Looks like this girl is at the end of her time. She has been yellowing and some of her leaf are starting to get purple. She smells like sweet pineapples. I have been giving her a water only flush this entire week and will cut her down at the end of next week. This has been such a pleasure to grow. I can’t wait till she’s cured and I can finally try her. Girl #2 is officially out of the autoflower category. I will not be showing her on this diary anymore. She’s going to be put on a photo schedule in the next few weeks. Can’t lie, I’m very disappointed. I was looking forward to her coming along and being a very late bloomer. Sadly she never came through and I’m ok with that. Everything is a learning experience to help me be better for future grows. She has been yellowing for some reason so I’m gonna get her sorted before I put her into bloom. Thank you all for viewing my diary I really appreciate all the love and support.

Hey welcome back in the 5th week of flowering with the Dutch Passion’s Colorado Cookies. Last week my fan broke down and I had to order some new bottles of nutrients because the CannaZym and CannaBoost/accelerator had gone empty, but yesterday I received the nutrients and a new fan! Not to long anymore before harvest! I stopped giving the PK booster, from this week on I will decrease the nutrient values for the coming 2 weeks for the last week I will perform a flush (on most of them). The Brooklyn Sunrise and the other 2 Colorado Cookies just need a week or 2 extra. The one Colorado Cookie in the tent is producing so much trichomes/crystals, as you can see in the pictures I made some close up shots. I noticed that the buds start to get a bit to heavy for the plant which is good, volume of the buds is very dense. Thast it for now see you all back next week!

5th week of flower, the plant has stopped growing and focused on the buds. Both plants look nice, I’m hoping the 3 gallon plant gets fatter before the end though.

Buds are really coming on now. Stretch is slowing. Very happy with the new lights and fan. Not sure I'll do scrog next time as its hard to keep up with all the grow and pruning/defoliation required. Adjusted my lights to get everyone even coverage. Light meter would be nice at some point!

Loving this week! A week of healing and growth. Topped some side branches on the og kush plant in middle. I’m still stumped if I should top again? Or just let me veg for a few more weeks??? Using water in between nutritions. Made a mistake with one of the plants tied down. I loved the other pot it was tied too and almost ripped the plant in half! Oh man!! But she’s tapped and I’m recovery now! Super excited for the growth and learning! Loving how things are! Happy growing friends “ been a couple days sense last updated og kush is doing better healing ❤️‍

Week 7! 04/11 - Now plants are growing fast, i will leave them alone for some days... I won't stress them with defoliation or cuttings of any type at the moment... Today i tried to water them with one liter per plant, from now i will always use this amount of water 06/11 - Plants are healty and very leafly. So today i did a defoliation, removing a lot of leaves, not only biggest leaves on top like the last time The right plant is growing with a better structure than the left plant. There is also the Dinafem hybrid (most indica) "Blue Cheese" which is growing very very bushy and she's very stretchy. I hope she won't cover the other plants during the next weeks, she's very big!! 09/11 - Today i trained them a bit (LST) and i cut some small lower branches which i think they will never make it to the top. Today is the last day of vegetative stage, tomorrow i will switch them into flowering 10/11 - Switching to the flowering stage: increased power of the lamps, now it's up to 400W per lamp (total wattage is about 800W) - Only 12 hours a day (00:00 - 12:00) For now i will keep using nutrients for the vegetative stage, to increase pre-flower stretch

I used a macro lens from a fish eye kit you can buy for any phone to make that macro video, i highly recommend them it’s so easy to see when i can harvest , these are also very cheap but you do need a steady hand haha. I smoked some smaller buds about a week after harvest & it already tastes amazing almost like a reaalllyy sweet banana haha & the burn is good also i was suprised it was smokeable so fast. Fat banana is one of my favourite strains from now on! I also had 1 Sour Diesel in the tent but i’m still curing that one

So I decided to harvest her day 66... She probably could've handled a few days more, she wasn't yet yellowing from the bottom, but I'm too impatient and spotted a couple of amber trichomes developing already. Beautiful pink color started to pop through. Let's see how she dries. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Smoke Review: After a week of drying and two weeks of curing I can 100% say that I would love to grow Ztrawberries Auto again, but give her some training. It seems to me there's a big difference in taste and effects when given a proper two-week curing. She tastes really pleasant of strawberry chewing gum and sweet berries, she has no couch-lock effect on me and works well all day. Good girl.
