So, I keep my EC around 1.9-2.0, that represents about 3ML/L of sensi bloom a and b I thought I had some big bud left, but no, I'm tempted to use it again, because as much as I'm a fan of Advanced Nutrients, the price and the volume of fertilizer to use in their systems make them a money pit. So I'm thinking of using Athena for the RDWC and keep AN for my drip system and coco. To replace I think of the booster PK of Athena which is applicable from the 21 -th day of bloom. For the LEDS, I went to 70% intensity, or 1000 ppfd. All good, I will go to 80% MAX recommendation of SANlight without c0² in week 3. I put a first net, I placed about 1 apex per square and I will now let it grow, I don't "knit". I will install a second net at the 21 -th day of flowering which will be used as a stake.

This is one of the 1st strains I grew when I started growing and it was a great smoke. Definitely had to run it again and I'm glad I got a 100% success rate with the germination. Considering it was my 1st grow, I did OK but I have learnt alot since then and excited to see how much I have improved with a strain I grew before and still remember the experience clearly. 👍🏾🤤🔥🔥😎

Was a bit worried before planting seeds that my final yield outcome may not be satisactionary as only have 0.26msq and Fastbuds advertising this strain as 450-550g msq but thankfuly my result was way above this scale. My 2 beautiful ladies Athena - right corner lady. She was slighlthly more dominant over entire grow cycle. She got more space on scrog earlier and that's why she developed the most. Xena - left corner lady, I belive that she could outgrew her sister if she just have more space and another week of time. Did not expect her to turn so well on the end. Both girls were put in darkness for 48h before chop. Wet trimmed and hang for a week. Daily jars burbing for 10 days and every 2-4 days now. Weights Wet trimmed Athena 870g Xena 632g Total 1502g Dry trimmed Athena 172g Xena 147g Total dry 319g Bubble hash 6g (37g of trims) I am very happy with this result. We are 14 days since switching the lights to 12/12 and this one didn't waste any time hitting flower. She is stretching fast and starting to stack on budsites already. Gave them the weekly flush and fresh nutrients. I will be cutting out the maxigro and start them on liquid Koolbloom next week.

It’s the start of week 4, day 21. Topped today at day 21. Day 22 plant is showing no signs of stress from being topped. I will start lst at the end of the week.

Not much to report this week, the trichomes are still milky. My feeling is that it will take another 2-3 weeks until they are ready to harvest. Until then, I will continue with the fertilizer scheme. The smell of both strains is very pleasantly fruity (citrus) and I continue to monitor the VPD value and temperatures. This time there are no pictures and only videos they show better the development, in the time lapse you can still see a growth in the flowers, slow but there is still growth.

LST, and Super cropping. Plan on letting them grow vertically for all of week 5. Ordered a 3x3 veg tent that will use this old 600 watt HID for now while the 4x4 will use my new SE 7000. Should be a massive upgrade. As soon as my new equipment gets here I will likely take 3 or 4 clones, so I can start filling up my veg tent.

D-70 : At this stage, I'm a bit.... surprised that the Desfrans are not taller thant they are. The smallest one is 35cm wich is really small for a 100% sativa strain. The tallest one is about 56cm, wich is also quiet small I think. If I compare with some other diaries, the tallest one could be in the target if we take into account that I trained them a lot during their first weeks. But the small one is almost the half she should be... There's no sign of deficency, none ! I have 420w @ 50 cm from the top, so it's not because of the light. The container is a 20L smartpot. I simply do not understand. Is it juste because of that phenotype ? Will she grow during the next 7-9 weeks untill she'll recover her late ? I Modified a bit the position of the light so the Lumatek 100w FullSpectrum on the side of the box is really pointed to the "slow" girls. We'll see if it change anything but I really doubt about it... The only lead I have is : Desfran loves HEAT and Light. The 2 smallest are on the coldest side of the box, even if it's not cold at all. But it is the side near the window...
