Hey all sorry for the late update. Got really busy with work and just wasnt uploading. I had to cull phat Gary cause she was a genetic herm, I’m talking pollen sacks all the way up the main stem. I’ve seen a few stress sacks here and there on the lowers but nothing like this. I added a video of it so you might know what to look out for. It’s my first experience with exotic genetix and while I have heard of them having herm issues before, I have never had anything quite like phat Gary. But, on the other hand, this Gary Poppins #2 is the best smelling plant I’ve ever had. She smells like a straight strawberry soda, just this very fizzy strawberry scent. It’s unreal. Gary Poppins #1 has a similar terp profile, but not as loud and she’s frosty as ever. Both the perm marker s1’s are identical. Both look exactly like the perm marker flower I’ve bought from seed junky in the past. Very lime green buds with light oranges hairs. Smells just like a permanent marker. Couldn’t be happier with how this run is going, well except Phat Gary. Still haven’t decided on Exotic Genetix yet. I guess we will wait and see how Blueberry Gary comes out, she’s currently in week 6 veg. Shout out to the mad scientist Jbeezy though, this perm marker is unreal. When I saw he was releasing s1’s I couldn’t believe it. Gonna wash this entire run for some fresh frozen. I would absolutely love to get this Gary Poppins #2 smell to transfer to some live rosin. Will update this when we finish and I’ll make a diary for blueberry Gary and Gastro pop from compound genetics when I get a chance. Apenas pasaron 25 días de floración hicimos una pequeña defoliación para mejorar la circulación de aire y ella lo agradeció con una cobertura de tricomas extra en los días siguientes. El pH se mantiene en 6.4 y todos los riegos son con nutrientes, ella no desperdicia nada! La cepa es muy resistente y fácil de cultivar. No pasa desapercibida en ningún aspecto ya que tiene un aroma exquisito, tonos ácidos y dulces que recuerdan arándanos y frutos rojos maduros. So next time I would use the Lucas formula and cut out the GH geo from the trio as the micro and bloom have enough nitrogen anyway as I experienced nitrogen toxicity in veg. Considering this is my first grow I am happy with the yield and quality of the finished product. Next time I will be using bigger pots than 3 gal ( 4-5 gal ) and will put the lights down a little closer to the plants for a bigger yield. I flush this plant tommorow with 40 liters rain, then ill feed her again with finalpart another 10 days and we harvest

Grow diary 11 stage 8 Day 71 to 80 She doing her thing. Have managed to get a bit more light to her. Probably 2 weeks before she is moved out to finish on her own. Wish all the others in this grow had grown like this one.

Pollen was dropping like crazy as the male flowers got ripe and ready. The females got good and coated and fully pollinated. I harvested the males to collect and preserve the pollen. Some dried and I veiled it up. But the bulk majority is still drying up. I left just the bottom portion of the male kicking for some extra pollen well the females throw off. The diary will now begin to focus on the pollinated females. The journey to beans is well under way! Until next update. Happy growing and stay lit fam.

Both plants are looking good. Trichomes still not completely cloudy but giving nothing but PH water so that as soon as trichomes are right they can be harvested.

So far so good , these girls are coming alone better than I was expecting , I’m not sure were I went wrong but I fucked up early doors with these 2 girls :( , but they have surprisingly recovered well and seem to have produced plenty of budding sites that look like they are swelling and growing nicely :)
