Beginning of week.. So I went ahead and did a late defoliation.. humidity is sitting too high in the tent.. its been around 50 - 55 % RH but it does sometimes get up to 60% RH.. removing some of these leaves should help lower the RH AND lower the chances of getting mold.. these are gonna be some fat colas.. and those are the ones mold can creep up on.. doing my best.. dehumidifier just cant keep up.. but I also dont run it inside the tent due to the heat that thing and it's transformer give off when it runs for over 24 hours or so.. but she shouldn't mold.. I've got 3 fans inside just moving air.. but of course, sometimes that isn't enough.. but we will see how this goes.. may even add another fan.. keep it on the floor of the tent an point it up.. we shall see! But damn she smells so amazing.. i can smell alot of similarities from the Mandarin Cookies in here.. which also has Mandarin Sunset as a mother.. just as this one does.. but you can smell the skunk along with it.. but not as powerful as the citrus.. aw man the citrus.. love that shit.. I even chewed on a trichome covered fan leaf.. very delicious! So glad I have 9 more of this strain and a few others from ETHOS.. next run may be some Aura Genetix.. I've gotta see what fast versions are all about.. I bougt some of the Peach Bellini.. should be pretty epic.. keep an eye out for that diary after this one! Mid week.. Lower branches are getting plenty of light after the defoliation. The smell is getting intense. My carbon filter has began to smell like shit lol. Not literally.. but it stinks.. maybe like rotten skunk or something.. I've ordered a new one but I took that smelly one off for now.. so the whole block smells like member berries right now till the new filter comes in.. tomorrow. I couldn't figure out what the smell was untill i accidentally got my face into the exhaust fan wind.. smelled like rotten skunky shit.. lol. I guess I forgot things need to be changed out every so often.. just figured "air" running thru it wouldn't make it crap out so fast. Been maybe 8 - 12 months.. something like that. Never used one before this.. but running some ETHOS, it is a must! So citrusy! Purples are slowly coming in. She really reminds me of the Mandarin Cookies I grew.. but I also think the Mandarin Cookies was heavier on the Mandarin Sunset phenotype side.. and this one is pretty similar. Scent, growth, stretch.. but I know I cant say for sure that's what it is.. this is just what I believe is going on. But wow.. such a beautiful plant.. I've had to run a a few twist ties to other branches in order to keep them from flopping over, leaning on eachother and the sides of the tent.. should have scrogged I guess lol.. live and learn tho.. but so far its not too bad.. but this early on shows me what I might have to be dealing with in the next couple of weeks cuz they are beginning to get STACKED! I've said it before, and I'll say it again... ETHOS for the win 🏆 Later that day... Wow.. going back in again and now she smells just like the Early Lemon Berry! Wth! How is that even possible?! She is doing amazing things! Some calyxes are beginning to turn purple. Some of the top leaves are as well. Tried to get some decent pics of it.. but I guess I cant figure the new phone out.. as you can see, some pics are a little blurry. And sometims the capture is delayed behind the flash and I still get a dark pic as if it didnt even flash.. but whatever.. I can't wait to see what she has to offer! Such a gorgeous girlie! So happy and excited for this one! End of week.. Nothing left to do now but feed/water for about 1 more week and she will be ready for the 2 week flush!.. I normally like to just water as normal (without nutes, duh) for the entire 2 weeks and still keep checking runoff.. maybe FloraKleen once a week and then just water till harvest! So far, I am starting to see some milky! Still mostly clear, but that means she is getting closer! So excited! This girl really smells just like the Early Lemon Berry I grew! But still with a bit of sweetness to it too! Aw man I can't wait! Anyways... on to the next week!...

Magic Melon is taller and has grown faster since the first week, now it's buds are growing twice as fast as the Super Silver Haze. Lights are 12 inches from top of buds.

Day 65, 14th of November 2020: This plant man.... I am shocked lol... I created a form of art i think look at the main stalk how it is twisted. That's nothing really compare hoe she streches and grows so crazy. Actually she can not hold her own side branches I needed to tie them together.... Beautiful lady guys... she is... Pre flowers out all good.... check out... Fertilization happens every 2nd day with the ratio and mix above. I set the lamp 15 minutes shorter to switch off earlier so she receives 11:45 of darkness. I would like to imitate the nature when longer nights come with time till the 4th week (when she will receive 13 hours darkness a day 15 minutes minus 4 times = 1hour) so every week 15 min longer darkness for 4 weeks and then back to 12/12 to have bigger buds from the 4th week....

~ FASTBUDS TESTER #2202 ~ Well friends, here we go on another 'canna-venture' together! The grow room has had a complete remodel and some upgrades done to it including brand spanking new 4x8 and 4x4 tents and a Trolmaster Hydro X controller along with a new Control Panel. This tester strain is one of six tester strains that FastBuds has graciously provided me with and I'm looking forward to seeing what this girl has to offer when she's grown to her full potential! One drawback of 'testers' is I have little to no information on it other than its number and that it's an autoflower... 🤪 But, it's ALWAYS a blast growing them for me because not knowing a lot allows me to just concentrate on the essentials: Light, Environment, Water, Nutrients and possibly a bit of LST... not complicated, just basics like keeping a constant temperature and RH in the tent at a level that gives a good VPD, watering when almost dry and maintaining proper light levels according to their stage of growth. ____________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________ ~THE SETUP~ ~Initially seeds were lightly scuffed, then soaked for 3 hours in 78℉ distilled water after which they were transferred to moist paper towels laid out in a Jiffy Pellet plastic starter tray with lid. Underneath the tray was placed a Vivosun Heat Mat with Controller that was set to 78℉ where they stayed until their tap roots emerged. ~Planted into Jiffy Peat Pellets that were hydrated with distilled water warmed to 78℉ with a 7.0 ph. ~Once roots emerge from the Jiffy Pellet they're transferred to their fabric pots. ~Grown 100% organic in a 4g Gronest fabric pot and a 3g fabric pot by Wraxly filled with Mother Earth 70/30 Coco/Perlite medium and initially amended with Dr. Earth 4-4-4 / Earthworm Castings / Dr. Earth Flower Girl 3-9-4 and Coast of Maine Stonington Blend Organic Plant Food 5-2-4. ~19/5 light cycle for the entire run with supplemental UVA added during flower. Lights are controlled by a Trolmaster Hydro X controller set for a 15min Sunrise/Sunset simulation. ~Top dressing every 3-4 weeks with slow release dry amendments and Earthworm castings. ~Straight water ph'd @ 6.2-6.8 when needed and bi-weekly Compost Tea's. ____________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________ Weekly Updates: 1/19- Here we go into Week Four of flower and these testers are ON FIRE!🔥🔥🔥 Both testers are in a flower frenzy and are ready to eat! Today I gave both girls their last top dressing with Down To Earth 4-8-4 Flower Mix at a ratio of 2tbsp/g and Coast of Maine's Stonington Blend 5-2-4 Organic Plant Food at a ratio of 1tbsp/g which I simplified by using 1/3 cup of the 4-8-4 and 1/4 cup of the 5-2-4 in the 4g pot and 3/8 cup of 4-8-4 and 1/8 cup of the 5-2-4 in the 3g pot. After working the amendments into the medium, I watered it in with 1g of straight de-chlorinated water ph'd to 6.6 @ 74℉. It will take a week for the microbes to begin breaking it down and will last for 3-4 weeks after that which should coincide with them finishing up, or close to it, enabling them to naturally 'flush' themselves out. The #1 tester that has had the weird coloring and leaf texture is a beast @ 26" tall and I'm happy that she's come around! In my experience, more times than not I've had plants with issues when they started and debated yanking them but let them stay and all, and I mean every one, have turned out to be epic. I guess it's just dumb luck, or the fact I hate to kill any plants if I don't have to! 😎💚 The # 2 is doing exceptional as well and is beginning to get some purple coloration of the leaves in her flowers! I've also increased the power to the HLG 650R's the the Trolmaster Hydro X Controller to 75% which has them pulling 990w at the wall and have them hung 32" above canopy. I also starting adding in 4 hours of UVA during the middle of the light cycle for the remainder of flower. I've been monitoring their leaf temperatures and they're running 71-73℉ which is perfect! I have the AutoPilot APC8200 co2 Controller set to 1100ppm with a 100ppm window and the AC Infinity Cloudline T6 controller set to maintain a 74℉ temperature in the tent while the lights are on. 1/21- I'm watering these thirsty girls daily with straight de-chlorinated water ph'd it to 6.6 @ 74℉ and they're both thriving! The #2 pheno stays in a perpetual state of 'praying'.... a VERY happy girl she is and the #1 is showing signs of purple coloration in her flowers! 1/23- I watered/fed both testers today with 0.75g of de-chlorinated water each with GreenGro's Natures Brix, Granular Myco and Flower Finisher mixed in, after which I added 1 tsp/g of unsulfured molasses and then ph'd it to 6.6 @ 74℉. They'll be getting straight water from here moving forward as the medium has enough food in it to support them until they finish. 1/25- Daily watering continued today with both girls receiving 0.75g of straight de-chlorinated water ph'd to 6.6 @ 74℉. OMG they're both looking fantastic with both looking tall and proud with a beautiful purple coloration expressing in their flowers and even into the leaves of the #2! Week 4 for these girls. They've doubled in some since last week. I took a couple of the bigger fan leafs off this week, also raised my lights up allowing some stretch. Starting to see some preflowers and pistols. So next week will be off to the flower stage. Happy Growing

Shes such a happy girl... I removed the top 2 fan leaves. They were blocking the bottom 2 branches from getting any light.. Now every branches is getting plenty. I've noticed the cup feels extra light every day now. She's drinking alot.. Probably gonna have to water 2 times a day in flower. Oh well! More time with my babies!... So I removed the top 2 branches (or topped her 1 node down) because the leaves were coming out a bit deformed.. And I just realized it would be easier to just have 4 colas.. Instead of 6 while growing in a cup. Pretty sure that day 24 she has pushed out her first calyx!!! My baby girl is growing up so fast! 😭 ... Anyways.. Yeah, I'm regretting all the abuse.. I need to learn not to abuse my girls like I do... Especially the autos.. My other auto took it fine, though.. No more abuse to this one.. Just LST from here on out.. And minimal defoliations when needed.. She should be flowering soon... According to other Bloody Skunk grows I've seen... So I forgot I had this little COB LED that I was gonna use for a project.. But this should work fine.. She's still getting plenty of Sunraise light but now shes getting more from this little thing lol.. She's so happy and healthy.. Besides the abuse I put on her and the bite marks from my dog smh.. I've been feeding them leaves that I remove so anytime they see a ganja leaf they think its theirs lol I need to stop pulling off leaves already.. She may be a little in shock right now.. No more for a week or 2.. so she can recover some.. She's still got a little more growin in her and then of course the stretch.. She'll be OK I think

Hello Gromigos, well, I've lost the count of days with hell hell temps, always around 95°F. Cookie is starting to stretch but internode length is incredibly short. This pheno is perfect for indoor growing in a large pot, a single but great plant. I've trained to low main bud obtaining an homogeneous canopy. Now branches are full formed and fat. Incredibly hybrid vigour. No need for fertilization, maybe 1-2 shoots later, in blooming. I'm watering them every other day with 2 gallons each, little by little, trying to avoid past's run mistakes.

Day 86 12/05/2021- Week 5 of flower almost done hopefully by the end of the month. Went out on a trip and GoPro never turn on for the last two days bummer but will upload time lapse videos daily. Today the lady got nutrients as well. Day 89 12/08/2021- Today the lady got water, really hoping to see buds starting to fatten up. Day 91 12/10/2021- So today the lady got a special treat, freshly collected rain water. She is just doing her thing and making those buds. I have also finally put the spider farmer SF-2000 at 100%. Did some more defoliation but keeping her going as she's wrapping up the stretch. Really starting to flower now, which took way longer than I expected. She's a late bloomer for sure, not the best for growing outdoors, this was a test seed though so I just kept her going. Amsterdam Genetics doesn't recommend this one for growing outdoors btw.
