Very low stress training. The main stem has a 90° 'reorientation' clip with the other stems being spaced out using pipe cleaners (anchored with paperclips pushed through the fabric pots). Minimized shock to the plant: Removed only 8 leaves and some future bud sites that were too close to the center of the plant. Interesting to watch the plant reorienting under the LEDs over the course of the day.

I basically skipped week 17 as there was nothing new except I added some compost tea that I made with come compost, vegetable scraps, a few cedar clippings and neam oil (oh and some fertilizer ... I forget what) Sprayed with neam oil/soap mix

Day 29 - Checked PPM 720. Water always seems to be low from here on. The plant uses so much daily. Late night PPM check 450. Day 30 - Checked PPM 420. ***WHITE HAIRS ARE SHOWING*** Added 10 mL of CalMag Micro Grow and Bloom. Added 5 mL of each additive plus BIG BUD AND NIRVANA. I dont have bud ignitor and bud factor x or i would have added them as well. PPM is 1,600. Plant is 17 inches tall. Light is 12 inches away from top of plant. PAR/PPFD is around 600 at the tops of the plant. DLI is around 30. Day 31 - Checked PPM 1,080. Plant is 18 inches tall and 24 inches wide. I had to expand the grow area to accommodate the plant. Day 32 - Checked PPM 895. Water is low. Raised the light as some of the leaves was taco shaped. Light is now 18 inches above the plant. Plant is 19 inches tall. Day 33 - Checked PPM 570. Water is low. Added 5 mL of CalMag Micro Grow and Bloom. PPM is 720. Plant is 22 inches tall. Day 34 - Checked PPM 620. Plant is 23 inches tall. Added 5 mL of CalMag Micro Grow and Bloom. Added 2 mL of each additive. PPM is 1,020. Day 35 - Checked PPM 700. Plant is 25 inches tall. Roots are as thick as a pencil. The rootball is massive!.

So these girls have pushed through and look at thos dark purples coming through 😍 Only ph water has been fed this 9th/10th week and all trichomes cloudy with the odd amber showing through 🌱 Looking beautifull and love the colours, the smell is unreal so fruity 🔥 I may harvest over the next 3 days as too get it dried and somewhat an extra cure in mason jars ready for xmas smoke 😍🔥

2nd week in flower from clone taken on 3/11 so today she is 1 month old as a clone. And this is one of the better clones I have taken and grown.

This week was a good one . Stellar initial growth this round after upgrading lights & using homemade super soil. My 3 day old plants looked like 9 day old plants of my last run to give an idea . I watered for the first time since planting on 5/17 . I had to itch to test the runoff since it’d only take a sec right? All the ph’s came out almost 2 points lower than when they went in so I decided on a flush even though I’m using Dry amendments. Honestly I didn’t have the problem of fluctuating ph’s before I added that Peat Moss to my supersoil in hindsight I wish I would have just ordered 1 more 11lb brick of CoCo Coir . I had the idea that I may need to flush a day or two prior to watering when I noticed all my stems purple. I get it could be genetics but ALL of them where purple . Here today it is 1 full day since I flushed & all of the stems are now Green with the exception of my Runtz seedling. 3/17 will make day 7 for Runtz & #1 of the GDP 3/18 will make day 7 for Zkittlez & the 3 remaining GDP. I intended to transplant these ladies day 13 preferably into their forever homes of 3g fabric pots . Fingers crossed day 14 they’ll be ready to start some LST.

I think 1 more week and I’ll be flipping o flower. This week watered with no nutrients.

Veg15, han crecido como 2 centímetros desde el transplante, aún no necesitan riego, desde ahora regaré cada 3~4 días, cuando el sustrato este un 80~90% seco, han estirado un poco desde que subí la distancia del LED y bajé su intensidad, mañana haré Main Lining. Veg16, hoy se torturaron las plantas con Main Lining, se cortó arriba del segundo nodo y se cortaron también las hojas de un dedo bajo el primer nodo, las plantas que tenían suficiente crecimiento de les hizo LST también, cuando se apague la luz se efectuará un spray foliar con B-52, y mañana un nuevo riego. Veg17, riego con 5.5 pH y EC 1.8~1.9, se regaron con 1.5 litros y no se obtuvo drenaje, próximo riego tendrá que ser con más cantidad de agua para obtener drenaje, el agua se calentó a 23 grados y se oxigenó antes de regar, mañana se ajustará el LST ya que siguen creciendo muy bien. Veg18, hoy solo se ajusto el LST, siguen creciendo bien. Veg19, ajuste de LST, nada más que anotar. Veg20, siguen creciendo, talvez hay que ajustar la cantidad de luz DLI. Veg21, tuve que poner una estufa para aumentar la temperatura en el indoor y bajar la intensidad del LED a un 50% para alcanzar un DLI óptimo. Hoy haré ajuste de LST y revisar la humedad del sustrato.

ENGLISH VERSION BELOW Wie ich im letzten Update geschrieben habe, fällt dieses hier etwas größer aus und enthält auch mehr Fotos und Videos. Die Pflanzen haben sich gut entwickelt, waren aber mittlerweile zu groß für ihre kleinen Töpfe und zeigten Anzeichen von Wurzelstress. Ich habe sie daher in 9-Liter-AirPots umgetopft, die ich noch von einem alten Projekt übrig hatte. Als Substrat verwende ich eine 70/30-Mischung aus Canna Coco Professional und Peligran Perlite von Knauf. Ich liebe dieses Zeug – man kann es praktisch nicht überwässern. Die Wurzelballen habe ich mit etwas Mycotrex von Biotabs bestreut. (Mycorhizzae) Um ehrlich zu sein: Ich war einfach zu faul, neue Stofftöpfe zu kaufen, also dachte ich mir, warum nicht die alten AirPots wiederverwenden :-) Mal sehen, wie sie sich darin machen. Ich habe die Pflanzen auch in ihre „endgültige“ Umgebung gestellt – ein 120x120-Zelt (4×4 für meine imperialen Freunde ;-) – und ab jetzt werden sie über meinen geliebten Ebbe-/Flut Eigenbau versorgt. Ich habe es vor 10 Jahren gebaut, und es ist immer noch ein echter Segen. Einmal am Tag werden die Pflanzen mit Nährlösung aus einem 200-Liter-Tank (52 Gallonen) geflutet. Leider bedeutet das auch, dass ich euch nicht mehr sagen kann, wie viel Nährlösung jede Pflanze genau bekommt – sie nehmen sich einfach, was sie brauchen. Das neue Zelt wird mittels eines AC Infinity Controller 69 klimagesteuert, sodass ich die Bedingungen deutlich besser im Griff habe. Ich versuche, einen VPD von etwa 1,2 zu halten. Die Klimaanlage ist auf 22 °C (~71 °F) eingestellt und der Luftbefeuchter hält die Luftfeuchtigkeit bei etwa 62 %. Offtopic: Ich musste eine große Lemon Orange-Mutterpflanze räumen, um Platz für die vier Humboldt-Mädels zu schaffen. In den nächsten Tagen werde ich sie zurückschneiden müssen. Was demnächst ansteht: In den nächsten Tagen werde ich die Pflanzen toppen. Die abgeschnittenen Spitzen werde ich versuchen, als potenzielle Mütter zu bewurzeln – vielleicht ziehe ich ja ein DNA-Los :-). Meine Frage an euch diese Woche: Mit welchen Substraten und Bewässerungssystemen habt ihr schon herumexperimentiert – und was hat euch am meisten überzeugt? The plants were coming along nicely but the were to big for their tiny pots and showed some root stress. I transplanted them into 9 Liter AirPots which I had laying around from an old project. The substrate is a 70/30 mix of Canna Coco Professional and Peligran Perlite from Knauf. I love this stuff. You basically can't overwater it. I sprinkled the root balls with some Mycotrex from Biotabs (Mycorhizzae) Tbh I wast just too lazy to buy new fabric pots so I thought why shouldn't I use these old AirPots :-) We'll see how they perform. I also placed the plants in their "final" habitat which is a 120x120 (4×4 for my imperial friends ;-) and from now on they get fed by my beloved DIY-Ebb and Flow system. I built this 10 years ago and it's still a charm to have. Once a day the plants will get "flooded" with nutrient solution from a 200 L (52 gallon) tank below. Unfortunately this also means I can't tell you how much nutrient solution they received anymore as they just take as much as they need. This tent is climate controlled by an AC Infinity controller 69 so I should be able steer them way better. I try to keep them at a VPD of around 1.2. I have my AC set to 22°C (~71°F) and my humidifier keeps the tent around 62%. Offtopic: I had to evict a big Lemon Orange Mom to make space for the 4 Humboldt girls. I will have to cut her back in the next days. Upcoming: I'm going to top them in the next few days I will try to keep the tops as potential mothers if I hit the DNA lottery :-). 2/6: Amnesia 3 is just about 6 inches tall now. Trainwreck is only a couple inches behind. Still keeping the temps between 73-82 and the humidity in the mid to low 70s. After thoroughly watering the very healthy, young tomato plant that coesxists in the tent, the tips of some of the leaves turned yellow. That makes me wonder if soaking the soil for the first time since transplant caused a bit of nutrient burn. I'm going to avoid any nutrients the first time I water Amnesia 3 and Trainwreck fully, to avoid the same potential issue. They're not looking too thirsty yet though. 2/8: Amnesia 3 is tall enough and has a thick enough main stem to start slowly low stress training with a rubber coated gardening wire. I pre-drilled holes in my buckets for this occasion, and the wire fits well. Each day for the next week I'll gently pull the wire to slowly bend the main stem downwards, similar to how braces work on teeth: a long, slow procedure. 2/9: Woke up to Trainwreck's leaf tips pointing downwards, so I took it as a sign to go ahead and give it its first watering. I siphoned up a bit of the runoff water, and it came back at a PH of 4! That's not good; however, after researching a bit, it's likely that I could have siphoned up a pocket of low PH nutrient-filled water, making my reading way off in terms of the PH of the whole slurry of runoff. If the leaves don't bounce back, I'm going to take that as a potential sign of Nitrogen toxicity and will monitor more closely. Will probably make plans for a flush if it progresses any worse than downward leaves. Nitrogen toxicity can cause fragile, dark green leaves that point down in a shape similar to a claw, among other symptoms. 2/12: Watered Amnesia 3 for the first time since transplant. Getting taller and less bushy in some spots, so I may turn up the lights from 60 to 75% tomorrow, to see if I can increase some more growth. But before, I want to make sure this watering doesn't cause any nute burn from the soil.
