Not there yet checking trichomes starting this week. Probably have 2-3 weeks left. The strawberry pie continues to outshine the other strains. Gorilla glue is a close second with nice dense buds but not as many trichomes. The grapefruit may be a late maturing plant it seems like it’s starting to stack up but has a long way to go I’m guessing 4-5 weeks so not so impressed with the grapefruit for an auto. The grapefruit is acting more like a photo as you can see in the pictures the tallest plants are grapefruit. Only time will tell but I like autos for there fast turn around time if I wanted a plant that takes 12-14 weeks I would get photos and get bigger yields.

This week we encountered some problems and we lost a couple of days of growth. It was smooth sailing up to here and maybe a little too smooth. I saw that the buds didn't develop right after the previous post last week. After dropping a question and establishing possible reasons I did some interventions to let the plants recover. I raised the light which was real close and temps were too high. Next to that I watered with just some normal tapwater as I suspected some too low PH. I started ventilating more to disperse the heat a little. These actions seemed to have helped as last couple of days I see some real fattening of the buds. This SP-3000 is real powerful and cant be as close as my previous leds. Again props to Mars Hydro and a big thank you to @MarsHydroLED!! Let's hope we do the last couple of weeks with less stress for all of us! Sorry for not posting any Sunshine posts, I have a Christmas surprise in store for those enjoying the mixed reality shots. Week 6 for the Oreoz from Super sativa seeds club. Amazing strain, the buds are hard as rocks and explode in trichomes. This strain is a must! I hope super sativa seeds club add this one to their catalogue after they completely finished their testings.

So this week is the start of flower !! Woooohooo finally get to show what I'm made of ! Step one ) take all the big fan leaves Step two ) establish a "light line" and take all small shoots that are unable to get the proper amount of light due to their distance from the top of the canopy. * These are the places we all wish would grow ! These are also the places that are at risk of - hermaphroditism - mold - waste of energy for the plant. ** These are also some of the best places to take clones ** Continue to tie and secure everything in preparation of massize buds ! I hope some people looked at this like " This took way too much off " I took ALOT. Yes I push , I push hard to know how much they can take . Yes I would say 60% of plants DO NOT like a massive defoliating. But, the ones who do , you will unlock a yeild like never seen . It's the risk we take . One thing I have noticed is when I'm gonna defoli , I don't combone high stress or toping + a bunch of other techniques . Should have some pretty huge plants by two months ! Unfortunately I did have covid this week so my pictures weren't exactly where I would want them . Not saying that this one won't stretch but so far there has been very little stretching . - there are ALOT of nice shoots throughout the canopy, plenty of places to take clones *** this genetic clones very well so that is another thing to note ! So great clonability . The end of week one I have seen very little stretching , in my opinion these could all be considered S1 . It interesting, even with no topping or training these plants NATURALLY grow FLAT! so for all you Screeners out there this is a primal genetic for that !!! In to week two !!! Day 14

Buenas cultivetas! Esta semana el clima tampoco ayudó mucho 😞 A pesar de que no llovio, se esperan lluvias los proximos dias y las temperaturas aun no son las adecuadas. Solo tuve 2 o 3 dias a pleno sol. De todas formas seguimos con los nutrientes de vegetacion el preventivo de plagas una vez por semana con jabon potasico, aceite de neem y canela en una solucion liquida. A pesar del preventivo sigo encontrando algunos bichos que muestro en un video. La tecnica deLST parece estar saliendo bien. Espero no estresarla mucho y que de buenos resultados. Buen cultivo para todos y gracias por leer mi diario! Actualización 5/10: Tengo algunos vecinos gatos que les encanta sacar el sustrato de mis macetas... Por suerte no han desprendido la planta pero casi... Las acomode de nuevo y parecen estar bien. No tuve mucha suerte con este cultivo sumado a mi falta de experiencia.

Week 7 of flower. Started with 1 plant showing burnt tips, now it's spreading. Suspected K lockout from pH spike (hit 7.0). Adjusted watering, runoff now 6.2–6.5, feeding only water + EM. Still worsening. Any ideas?

The only bottled nutrient I use is silica's 5ml per gal every other week. Other then that I use the EM-1 and ferments I make my self to water and spry the plant. I’m mainly relying on what’s already in the soil and what I’ll be top dressing the plants with as they grow and need more food.

Another disaster on day 2 of the week :pp previous one avoided as the repair held tho, but a huge storm roughened her up this time :( it snapped one of the upper branch, I was also able to repair it so let’s see. However, her soil was really dry and she was bending at more than 90 degrees, which probably broke a few if not all roots. I’m waiting to see how she evolves, she also lost a lot of stability since then. But at the end of the day she’s at the end of her flowering, around 20% ambers 80% cloudy and nearly no white pistils anymore. I still need to flush her so finger crossed Final week!! She’s ready, will harvest somewhere during next week. Added additional pictures & videos :)) not super visible on the picture but she actually shows some purple trichromes! Look a bit maroon-ish on the video but I confirmed it’s not mold with a lens. I think we’re around 30% amber 70% cloudy now, probably will harvest it all at once.

welcome to📅 Day 8 6/14/2021. Things are going just as I would expect for this stage and no gnats as of yet thank god for that🙏 If things go as planed top feedings will stop by the end of the week and I will move on to the reservoir on a 2 week cycle. The Mars Hydro TS 1000 is performing just as I would expect and that's to say flawlessly this little light works its magic best in the veg faze of the grow when growing multiple plants but in flower it will need some help. If I had 2 of them I think I would be fine in my 4x4 tent one for each plant or better yet the TS 2000 for each plant Until Thursday Happy Growing and as always Keep your stick on the ice 🏒 Update 📅Day 11 6/17/2021 she is well on her way and I am very happy with the progress. My Mars Hydro TS 1000 light is preforming just as I would expect and I have turned is up to 75 %

This wasn't my first rodeo with this strain, so I knew exactly what to expect. She delivered as usual. I love using this site to document my grows. It has been a resourceful guide for me as I navigate my way through my journey as a grower. Everyone who grows anything should use it. A great reference tool for yourself and others.

This flowering week 4 is full of pleasures. 91 Octane is producing her trichromes as much as she can - I’m so happy with it. Banana Daddy is following to bloom like 91 Octane, her pistals are taller than previous week enormously - I’m so proud in that. Sugar Cane, the last baby, starts showing her pistals today. So in the next upcoming weeks I‘ll see the flowers of my three girls, can’t wait to see them As I’m a beginner in this growing, I’m so in love with this very much.

The stretch is now over and you can see that the plants are now putting all their energy into the flowers. These swell more and more and gradually the filaments start to turn brown. However, the trichomes are still mostly transparent

pH was important as expected and a bit of light burn later on in the grow but ultimately it was pretty smooth sailing. I used a very common nutrient (GHE) and not overly strong. Buds were thick, dense, and moderately pine smelling. The plant did not grow excessively tall thanks to LST, and the LST did not seem to have any ill effects at all. Foliage was thick, and I let it go for a very long time before doing any sort of defoliation. Even then it was modest and just to get light to the lower colas. Still in trimming mode and will continue to update :) Also, other plants in the house got spider mites. Not this one. Could have been that it was in hydro and others weren't but hard to say.
