Hey Cannafam, Well its been a mixed week weather wise here in the UK, weve had quite allot of rain and a storm also, but its an improving picture and including today my gals had 3 days of Sun. At the beginning of the week she dried out enough for me to get a feed into her and her colour is looking a bit better, although shes still very pale from overwatering. Growth has been good this week, shes looking happier and making a comeback 😊 Although she was nearly stripped theres now a good amount of new leaves and shes about to go onto flower. Week 6 update: What up Grow family. These testers are growing fast and strong. Where in week 6 now and the swelling and ripening of flowers are going amazing. Still feeding 500ml/16oz daily as I've found that's the sweet spot for 3gal fabric pots for these. I'd say these probably have about 2 weeks left until they'll be finished. All in all Happy

I feel sorry for my plans this 2 weeks I haven't been able to look after them properly I've been working long shift with Christmas approaching there's no time for anything so I was pushing in a lot of nutrients into them and I caused a nutrients lockout .I have flush them out with just clean water at the right pH 6.5 and they are responding very well from now on I will continue to Baby them so they gave the best result possible within the circumstances of the plants. Had this cutting on the go slowly doing it thing on the window sill establishing . New led light has just arrived and got the tent set up to prep a batch a of cuttings to do my next run with . Hopefully things will speed up so I can have my cuttings ready in time

Temps have been good and RH has been steady between 60-65%. I have good airflow all around and don’t worry too much about it the higher RH at this point in the grow. Transplanted the ladies from their starter pots to their 2 gallon pots. They did not seem to have any transplant shock. A few more weeks and we will go to their 4 gallon final pots.

Let’s Go day 29!! This week went real nice ! Girls are staying very healthy and building up nicely and even started showing signs of female sex which is super great ! We started doing a little bit of leaf tuck training method on em , nothing to big as like I said I want these girls just to do there thang an grow more on naturally side! My Air temp and Humidity have been on point all week, staying from 70-75 degrees throughout the day and humidity staying around 58-61% humidity , my girls are loving that summer an 75 feeling !! Start of week 5 today, everything seems to be going great! The Gelato OG is by far the biggest plant of the bunch so far but they all seem to be taking well to LST, HST , Topping & defoliation! Will be going in the flower tent as soon as the other ladies harvest so they will probably have atleast 2 to 3 more weeks of veg!

Okay so I came up with this incredible method of training that I call "root lining".I figured this out years ago in outdoor season when a deer bulldozed through my med crop and knocked a sweet lady over, that started it all. The plant was completely parallel to the ground with roots growing out of the nodes where contact was made with the ground at the stock. Long story short she ended up being a 14 footer with 6 foot whale dicks! That gave me this little idea that's been non stop producing top quality fat resinous buds. This method increases nutrient uptake and makes a huge difference in quality and size. I essentially main line, really low to the ground, until the stock makes full contact with the ground. I then gently rub the downside of the stock with the back of a butter knife to speed things up and break down the chlorophyll layer. Then I add remo roots gel (see all videos). I then add a sprinkle of coco on top just to barely cover the stock (dont add to thick of a layer as this might "choke" and rot the stock) and mist that spot 2-3 times a day. 3 days later and boom! She'll be pumping out roots and go into full beast mode. Give it a try and you'll never go back!

So this was my first grow on photos I have grown autos for a long time and I just couldn't waste my time anymore. I am pleased with the outcome but i will be starting a better diary with better plants in the coming weeks. Cheers. Light it up

12/15: Lowered the lights a little bit and installed a new fan to increase airflow. Starcandy is the garden star..she's be the best producer and smells wonderful...can't quite put my finger on it yet..a little less fuel nose than the last ones....more of a sweet smell. Skunk is stating to bud up pretty quickly now, but has no malodorous emanations as of yet. Starcandy x Gelato is still very much in the lead and frosting up very nicely. Starcandy x Strawberry Cheesecake smells killer....just wish she was bigger. Pineapple Express is starting to fatten. She has very thick pistils and smells just like she's supposed to now. Strawberry Pie doesn't seem like she's gonna stretch much... 12/16: Fed today. SP is frosting up already ..still no stank from the Skunk..

So this week after I gave it under nutrients I apparently gave it too much nitrogen while having a potassium deficiency. Shiney dark leaves, So i fixed that, but some didn't bounce back, and I tried nitrogen. I think they are doing pretty good considering everything I've put them through SO FAR. lol. Nutrients are NPK Raw's total lineup, follow their instructions at first, Fastbuds adjustments as of this week.

Week 5 of Flower is over and my Papaya Cake girl is showing her true colors and smells! She is in full bloom and pumpin trichomes like a Queen. Report: I’m seeing a “tiny” bit of nutrient deficiency pop up but nothing to be alarmed about. She been getting straight 6.2 ph water and nothing else from here on out. Shout out to the YouTube channel “Welcome to the Grow tent” and “Growweedeasy.com for pointing out a few mistakes I’ve made along the way and saving my ass when I thought it was a Nute defi but was just a root bound plant. Their reccs have made a HUGE diff in my yields and overall plant structure. The last run with this strain was nothing like this girl. The smell in the morning around 8:40 and 6:40pm in the evening is something you could write a book about.🎂 Your nose picks up faint odor of papaya and vanilla wedding cake. Hence the lineage she came from would make the most sense. Do you talk to your plants? I do and I know they are paying me back for the CO2 they need. I’m def enjoying the fruits of my labor as they say. Week 8: Flowering Stage Rising Temperatures and Weather Challenges The temperatures are expected to rise slightly this week, but intermittent thunderstorms and heavy rain are also forecasted. This unpredictable weather presents a challenge, but I remain hopeful for continued growth. Snail Attack I had been leaving the plants outside overnight, but during a late-night check, I found three giant slugs feasting on my Gorilla Cookies buds. These damn snails just won't give up. I'm seriously considering installing some kind of automatic deterrent system. Feeding and Watering Consistency The amount of water and nutrients remains unchanged. Each plant continues to receive 3 liters of nutrient solution in their 11-liter pots to prevent salt buildup and ensure optimal growth. Growth Observations Banana Purple Punch and Blue Dream: Both strains seem to have halted their vertical growth. They are now fully focused on bud development. Tangie: This plant is still vigorously growing with new shoots appearing everywhere. Tangie seems perfect for low-stress training (LST) and could probably handle a well-timed topping without issues. I had to do some light defoliation to make sure everything receives enough light. Gorilla Cookies: While it’s not growing as aggressively as before, it is concentrating on flowering. Despite this, it continues to gain some height. Looking Ahead As the flowering stage progresses, I'm eager to see how the plants adapt to the changing weather conditions and how they continue to develop. Despite the challenges, the plants are showing resilience, and the buds are looking promising. Update 18.07: Pest Problems Bad news, growmies. During my daily inspection today, I discovered some unwelcome pests. Some leaves on all the plants had white or silver dots, which I suspect are caused by thrips. The Banana Purple Punch plant was particularly affected, with numerous black dots on the top buds, likely aphids. I had to remove two small buds 😞. To combat this, I brought all the plants inside for a thorough shower and removed any affected leaves. I then sprayed them with a light neem oil solution, taking care to avoid the buds to prevent affecting their taste. The Banana Purple Punch plant has been isolated to prevent further infestation. I'm open to any advice or suggestions on how to handle this situation more effectively. What else do you think I should do? Update 21.07 The heat has been intense lately, with temperatures soaring to around 31°C (88°F). Despite this, my garden is showing remarkable resilience. After battling thrips and aphids, my plants are bouncing back. The Tangie, Blue Dream, and Gorilla Cookies no longer display any signs of thrip damage on their leaves. It seems the light neem oil solution has done the trick. However, my Banana Purple Punch remains a bit of a mystery. This strain appears particularly sensitive to nutrients, even though all my plants receive the same care and feeding. While the other plants look lush and vibrant, the Banana Purple Punch shows some troubling symptoms. Some leaves exhibit early signs of nitrogen toxicity, while others curl upwards with no apparent nutrient burn at the tips. Additionally, the large fan leaves are yellowing. Despite these issues, the buds are frosty and thriving. I recently checked the trichomes and found that most are still clear, even on my Blue Dream, which already has a promising main bud. It's clear that patience will be rewarded with this beauty 😍
