Hello Diary, Cherry Pie has finished its vegetative cycle and is entering the flowering phase. This week it grew an impressive 20 cm, lengthened and got a lot of new leaves and formed a nice shape. The leaves are a nice green color and look healthy. It is really developing very nicely which makes me super happy. I can't believe how in just 21. days the plant reaches this stage of development. That indoor is incredible, I am still impressed to this day. The summer heat is still present which affects the temperature in the grow box, this week the average was 29 degrees although sometimes the temperature rises to over 31 degrees. But I don't notice that it is harming them, I make sure to water them regularly, so that the soil does not remain too dry although that sometimes happens. Every week, as the plants grow, I increase the amount of water when watering. I continue to add Bio Grow Fertilisier and CalMg with each watering. pH I drop to 6.0 with Plagron's Lemon Kick. At the end of the week, more precisely after taking photos for day 21., I increased the power of the led lights to 80%. Here is a quick overview of the week: 10/08/2024 - Day 17. Watering. I prepared 8 liters of water, added Bio Grow Fertiliser and CalMg and with that amount I evenly watered all three plants on the farm. 13/08/2024 - Day 20. Watering. I repeated the same procedure as the three days before. 14/08/2024 - Day 21. Photographing and measuring the height of the plants. Official end of the vegetation phase. Welcome to my Fast Buds sponsored shootout and living organic soil v coco side by side. I also plan to use this grow to my full advantage regarding a few age old nagging questions about methods. I have had a keen interest in L.O.S ( supersoil) since reading a few threads a while back on how amazing and productive it can be. After too much research and procrastinating I had to give it a go. I have been a decades coco/nft grower and recently threw my hat in the rdwc ring too. I have avoided soil due to the overwatering worry ( heavy handed chimp brain !) and the best potting soil/feeds. Catching up on the advances in indoor soil gardening and organics led me too subcools supersoil recipes to name a few but being a town dweller with farms everywhere around me still drew blanks on a lot of the ingredients needed and where the hell I could even begin to get them from. Thankfully , commercial savvy has now made buying it in ready to use and with a full range of beneficial bacteria ect available in amendments from a grow shop here in the uk. ecothrive have realised the potential for us to dive into this medium with all the mixing , measuring and resourcing. I bit the bullet and £150 later I now have 4 x37Litre pots that will be used for as long as I want to feed the soil for without EVER needing nutrients again potentially. The coco has also had charge mixed in to encourage the bennies to colonize there too. I will be using the shogun nutes that I know do the business with coco to compare with for yield , growth and taste. I have 3 seeds each of 4 Fast Buds Strains to use as a control for the grow and am journaling each strain in their own diaries. This statement will be used to start each one as the information is identical at this point but following this I will do them individually. I am now starting their second week since opening the seed packets , straight into soaked and shook root riot cubes and into the heated propagator. They had all showed their heads by end of day 3 and a couple needed helmet surgery to open up without being hindered . I have has them in the prop for a few days but they needed to get settled as they were popping roots out all over the cubes. They have now been in their final pots for 2 days complete and starting their 3rd today at day 8 since planting in cubes. I am impressed with the speed and success of these girls already (12 of 13 germinated) . Well done fast buds. So here we go folks , any comments , ideas ,questions , advice are always welcome and I hope we can have some fun experimenting with defol v non defol , topping v fimming v bending and any other curiosities along the way. She's an octopus full of very stinky sweet nuggets man!. I'm in love with this black cherry punch #1 she's in a 30l pot and her performance has been amazing. Very happy with this lady. The aroma of the flowers is suuper sweet very like cherry and like strawberries. Such a pleasure to grow this Cherry pie 🥧🍒 cross 🔝💎👨‍🌾 PD: I had to tie some of the colas cause they were just Fallin cause of the weight of the nugs. A set of 2 branches broke because of the weight of the nuggets so I chopped it down the 2 colas and put them in the drying room.

Almost done here, one or two weeks remaining Buds are getting nice n fat Gonna keep a close look on those trichomes Learnt a lot this grow, got a lot of cool plans for the future Stay tuned

this week is a bit frustrating im having some small issue with root rot im off to the store to buy some drip clean from house and garden and ill be doing a water change today i will also topped them after fourth set of leaves day 7 system flush and cleaned. adjusted ppm to 750 i will be using sterile rez from now on as i dont want to battle with pythium. added drip clean and peroxide 30% as suggested by my local hydro store now water looks pristine onto week 5 tomorow.

Another few weeks left in this lady so will continue too feed her until she starts too ripen , No problems at all too this point and she has had two weeks of more PK , I really do love these purple kush plants they look unreal So she has started too foxtail this week and coming along nicely , I've started too flush now on day one of week 9 I hope she will be done around week 10 This is the second time I have grown a blackberry kush strain and I really have too say for me I love these plants not only because of the colour but more so the trimming is very minimal as these plants are all thick dense buds , so after you have picked off the main large fan leaves there really isn't much more too it , I like too keep on the sugar leaves for drying and cure because I can put the whole thing into my magical butter machine too make oil and get all the goodness possible , Should be ready right on Dutch passions flower time ,

ADVANCED SEEDS WEEK 3 AUTO PURPLE DIESEL This week has been exciting the growth has been phenomenal. I would say it's probably been 4in of growth this week. The shade of grren shows no signs of issues. I did add a little GH Calimagic to the feed so will see how they take it. All in all Happy Growing

This week has been great! Germination on all 4 Pre 98 Bubbas and 2 Dirty Blondes was a success!! We planted them in there pots an through out the week we gave em each a very light spray down of pure water phd at 6.5 and by Friday they all popped out the soil Let’s go!!!!! Next week we will start light feed on nutrients , so y’all keep them eyes peeled for next updates an I appreciate y’all for following my grow !!😶‍🌫️💨💨💨🙏🏻💚💯🤙🏻

This week was huge. They drank down like 40L of water this week. They have been upping PH all week, I am at the point where I need to check it daily to keep it in range. I also began significant LST training on these plants this week. I used an entire pack of LST clips, which work awesome, but i need more than 5 per plant (Pack of 30). I hurt a few of them when bending them this week, but they recovered so fast, I had a hard time tell the next day which branch i had broken. I upped the Silicate they were getting, and it made a difference. They were soft and bendy..to the point just bending a stem was enough to keep it in place, now they are firm enough to require clips. I removed about 30% of foliage per plant, it was more than I wanted to, but it was legit necessary. These guys are 💥💥boomin,💥💥 I can't believe they are only 5 weeks old. I had grown a batch of 4 seeds (of the same strain) in a soil configuration, and they grew for about 16 weeks and were about this size at week 10. I have nothing but good things to say about the 🥦 AutoPot

The fullgas was a strong plant all the way to the end. The buds are incredibly sweet , dense and sticky .

She's chugging through flowering! I notice she's not very tall at all. But very bushy!

Nothing but colas on all 3 this is going to be a big harvest. Another 2 or 3 weeks max.

Its good growing plant,good cloning its all from 1 freebie seed!On flowering they stretching 2x maybe more im not expect it but all good.think need more Silica for plant like that for more strong stems
