Hey everyone! So this week has been fairly straight forward and noticed some deficiency of calcium / magnesium that i'm in the midst of either a) do I treat it with 4 weeks left of flowering or b) do I make sure to add in kelp meal into my next grow for autonomous feeding, allow the plant to uptake on it's own. Going to go with option b since I noticed on my cream caramel grow, this deficiency was starting to show in early veg and thought nothing of it. With this being shown so late in the flowering, i'm thinking she is sucking up all the leftover nutrients before "dying off" and budding. The tent is holy stinky, i'm glad the carbon filter is doing it's job but I tell ya, watering is such a delight :) Buds are getting larger by the day..sweet skunky smell :) I count on one stock over 30 flower's that seem to be about toonie size, maybe larger, but get fatter by the day. This strain might be one to keep in the books to grow again :) Bye for now guys!

Balanced compare tea given this week, but nothing else amendment wise and no other watering needed still. Nice stretch gone on in the first week of flowering, plant still looking nice and healthy, will see how things are looking for a defol on day 14 or so.

Been a lil busy. Haven't been on here or in the garden as much as i need to. The girls are growing all natural. I have literally taken no leaves off their entire lives. Some of the old fan leaves die during light drybacks. Inuse deybacks for stacking nutes and some light drought stress which can increase oil production. They just have a small cage at two levels. I have cut nutrients to most of them, going for quality smoke as its already more than I can consume lol. Two look like they are still bulking. Some are getting close. Everyone is still getting bokashi/ffj for the terps and ethylene found in the ripe fruits. It helps with senescence.. I turned the lights and temps down to help crop steer ‘em. We are getting close! Thanks for readin

05/07/2021 Big bud is recovering, she is now more green with buds starting to grow. My goal was to harvest all at the same time but Big Bud will need extra weeks 😐 Now i have problems with #2, very yellow with brown spots, i raised the nutes, but nute burn started to show up, gave her a bit calmag and cut the nutes to half. I think she needs more 2/3 weeks to harvest, just like #1 and #3.. #1 and #3 have no big problems, only big buds 😄

2025-07-09 Holy moly, the Gaia F1 is as wide ( horizontal) as high( vertical) she is she looks like Dome i took away some leaves, because of her bushy structure. lovely flowers are to see, and starting to get bigger. xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx Gaia F1 has taken its place in the pantheon of F1 hybrid cannabis genetics. Our breeders created these seeds by starting out with parent genetics New Breed Auto, Black Domina, and Sin Tra Bajo. From here, they conducted an extensive breeding project that culminated in crossing three highly pure inbred lines. The result? A potent and fast-growing autoflower F1 hybrid that boasts incredible uniformity and impressive pest and disease resistance. Named after the Greek goddess of Earth, Gaia F1 features a chemical profile that will have you feeling at one with the world around you. After a few hits, you’ll feel the urge to head out and bathe in nature. During your contemplative stroll, you won’t see soil, but a living matrix of millions of microbes; not mere trees, but living and breathing organisms standing tall and proud.

This week I transplanted directly into a 5 gallon pot. It looks like there was a little stress after transplanting. It went from a nice green to a yellowish green. This one also started stretching so I lowered the light. Im going to add aminos this week and hope it can bounce back nicely.

Another wonderful problem free week for my Black Jack Auto! Some lower leaves have faded and dried out. And now some of the top leaves are starting to fade a bit. No crazy colors yet, but I'm keeping the tent a bit cooler and crossing my fingers. No nutrients this week. Runoff ppm is around 1100 so I think she should be fine until finishing. She got crazy frosty this week. Her lemon smell has gotten much more complex. At the forefront now it smells like Fruity Pebbles (artificially fruit flavored puffed rice cereal) Lemon-lime and brand new leather shoes 🤷‍♂️ I am addicted to sniffing this plant. The nugs are swelling well now and I anticipate harvesting in week 11 or 12. Thanks for following along.

Starting my first grow in the new tent with my first Night Owl seeds. Grabbed these from seedslocker a few months ago and they've been sitting in my seed vault in the fridge since. Popped them in a glass of water at 8pm on 10/18. Broke out the AC Infinity propagation system and added a bit of RO water to some coco pucks. About 24 hours later they sunk in the glass and had opened up a bit with root peaking out, so into the pucks they went on the evening of 10/19. No real movement on 10/20, turned the heat pad off because they were a little warm. Morning of 10/21 the first Compound V was starting to pop through the soil, 2nd one followed a couple hours after and before noon all 3 were making their way out. Opened vents on the dome to let them breathe a bit more. 10/22 continuing to grow really strongly, looking good. 10/23 some roots out the bottom, time to go into the tent. Transplanted and seem happy, dialing in the temp and humidity and airflow, some odd higher temp days still around this time of year with some heavy fluctuations but it will normalize out. The tent has been stood up and cooking a bit w/ the lights blazing and a dehumidifier running to dry out our soil a bit. Had issues with fungus gnats last grow and I'm trying to prevent that this time. Ordered some beneficial nematodes as a line of defense and sprayed soil with a good soak of neem oil as a precaution after drying out. Sticky traps show no gnats so far. Soil is Coast Of Maine Stonington Blend Aeration Formula, a 70 / 30 Coco / Perlite blend that I've used before. I have Coast of Maine dry nutrients and Fox Farm liquid nutrients, will likely try to stick to the dry nutrients unless fungus gnats emerge again. Soil is in 5 gallon fabric pots. I added 2/3 cup of Stonington Blend Plant Food and 1/3 cup of Wiscasset Blend Earthworm Castings to each pot along with some Mycorrhizal Fungi spores and worked it in. I have been using the AC Infinity self watering bases but as I'm running 6 total plants this grow I've ordered the new Vivosun self watering bases to compare them.

Restoration after massive defoliation looks amazing, but plant still is not flowering, is it still too early? Look at that crqck on photo, but plant still looks strong :)

Added a top layer of soil with added nutes so that only needed to water normally and let the top mix do the work down below. Will mix in more compost tea every other day and towards the end of the week, hit it with my normal organic nutes mix. The plant is looking healthy and continues to flower out and each cola is starting to thicken nicely. I have a few leaves here and there showing some discoloration so will watch closely to ensure I don’t have a light or nute issue. Will move the light intensity to 80% on the LED panels after this next week and as long as the leaves still look good. The grow room is fairly warm (80F) and rH is high (75 – 80rH) but my CO2 levels are fairly high as well so the plants should be fine. Running 2 x HO Solarcure UVBs for 2 hours about an hour after the LED lights turn on at the beginning of the 12 hour set and for 2 hours about an hour before the LEDs turn off at the end of the set.

i decided to give my girls their first cut. i used the so called Fuck I Missed technique in which there is the possibilty to grow up to even 8 new main stems. i'm currently stil thinking if i should do this multiple times or use topping. next week i will post the results from the cuts and hopefully they are all done correctly. the plants are getting a great smell even though it is still weak.
