Another great week, water every two days 2lt tap water. Microdosing of nutrient's basically just to feed the microbe's in the soil, the soil im using has slow release firtelizer for the first month's. They just strated to flower, doing good for now.

I started germination of 1 orange sherbert bean on 29/12/2020. I pre moistened my rockwool cubes with ph balanced water to 6.4. Made sure the plug was just damp and not soaked. Using a small wooden dowel I increased the size of the plugs pre made hole. Than I sowed my bean into the hole. Ripped off a small piece of rockwool and mulched it up. Lightly filled the hole in with the mulched rockwool. Than stuck the plug into a misted humidity dome, to complete germination. Shouldn't take anymore than 4-5 days to see a sprout. Once I see some cotlydon leaves bursting to the surface. I will get the plug planted into some 1 gallon pots. Plus get this lady situated into her home. Cant wait! Some Background information on history with Orange Sherbert. I have grown orange sherbert out 3 times and all times had the same result. A shorter extremely branchy robust plant. That dominated the room. Loves training and really ups yeilds doing so. She produces an amazing canopy... just a sea of daggers. Her huge chunky colas pack and amazing orange tangy aroma and just taste like heavenly candy! Barneys Farm hit the nail on the head with this variety! She tends to have a little higher demand for potassium mid flower than most varieties. So a bit heavier on the pk booster and she will be mighty happy! Just a fabulous strain to work with.

Purple looks mad Smell is getting strong now lemon and sour smell very gassy 🔥🔥 Reduced temperature abit this week as 1 looking abit burnt The size of that purple punch atm wow I accidently snapped of a main cola just before flower doing lst so now the plant has just 3 mains and i think its focused all its power into them only and fattened up like mad lol Few more weeks left on a couple of them. Day 8: Week 1 went pretty well. Unfortunately, i think the humidity domes were helping filter the light intensity and when i removed them the seedlings became light stressed. I've moved the two 24W LED light strips up a couple of inches. Light levels are reading approximately 11,000 LUX at seedlings. Day 9: - no change Day 10: - watered both plants lightly with a 70 ppm solution of Remo Nutrients' "Micro", "Grow" and "VeloKelp". Only .25ml of each per gallon of water. Our tap water sits at around 25-30ppm and the total ppm measured was 101. - water pH @ 6.4/6.5 Day 11: - Increased circulation fan speed to provide gentle movement of seedlings, to encourage stem strength. Day 12: - no change Day 13: - watered lightly with dechlorinated tap water, pH'd to 6.4 Day 14: - Increased HLG Elite 360 fixture intensity from 10% to 20% - Lowered fixture from 48" above canopy to 36" - Plants receiving approximately 14-16,000 lux, an increase of about 3-4,000 lux.

Early week 6 update (i'll add more pictures and comments as needed): Unfortunately I hit some challenges! Light got way too close and stunted growth for a day. I noticed it on tips closest to the light only. Raised lamp to 22 inches. Indica bagseed (plant in the center front) got too stacked: stuff like leaves on top of each other with lots of moisture, no light/airflow penetration, etc. I did some basic LST, leaf tucking, net tucking, to open her up and go sideways more a bit at first. It helped a bit. Unfortunately aug 27, had to get more aggressive on this beast and remove 3 shade leaves on the right side. not happy about defoliating, but had to do it. Will see how she takes it and then look at left side on a later day. Growing the first time is educational and actually therapeutic in today's world for me. I've already learned so many lessons for the net time: don't need such a yuge pot, lamp brightness/distance, air circulation!!! Thank you to everyone that responds with positive encouragement/messaging, it really helps. Adding two more fans to help air circulation aug 28. hopefully it reduces the need to desecrate the plants! Meanwhile the plants in back (purple canyon) want to stretch their faces off, esp. the one in back left, so it is a balance. I only have so much vertical height :) aug 29, flipped to 12/12. plants are happy and i want to control the space for first grow. let's see how it goes. updated the humidity for the week to ~ 60. Ida etc has made it miserable, it should get better soon.

Having sorted out the PH issue and the salt build up. These girls have enjoyed it so far... I will be looking to stack up each cola as mich as I can so I can yield as much as possible. I'm going short as I know these are high on Sativa. One plant has stretched very high compared to the other

Hello Diary, The third week of vegetation has ended, which is also the beginning of flowering. As you can see in the photos, Milky Way has started to form flowers which is normal for automatics after 3 weeks of vegetation. Milky Way is developing nicely, it grew about 10 cm in a week and got a lot of new leaves. The bright spots that were on some of the leaves have disappeared, which is good news. I started to feel a slight smell, which also makes me happy :). This week I also did minimal defoliation, I removed only the lowest leaves to make it easier to water and improve the air flow through the plant itself. When it comes to watering, it is not frequent, about every 4 days. This week I added one tablet of Easy Grow Booster. The conditions on the farm are excellent I would say, the temperature is around 26 degrees while the humidity is around 50%. Here's how it looked this week. 16/05/2023 - Day 17. Watering. I prepared 7 liters of water, lowered the pH. to 6.0 and dissolved one Easy Grow tablet and with that amount of water I watered all three plants equally. 19/05/2023 - Day 20. First, I did a minimal defoliation, removing only the bottom leaves to make watering easier and improve air flow through the plant a bit. After that I watered all three plants. 20/05/2023 - Day 21. This week has been sunny, hot and wet. I have not done a thing except to keep an eye on Miss Gorilla Cookies. It has been a hot and rainy week and I did not feed this plant this week. That is why I did not record Ph levels and PPM, etc this week. I have really wanted to give this diary an honest, straight up review of Gorilla Cookies growing in whatever Mother Nature threw her way. She is tall and thin but has a lot of bud growth. I am eager to see how big her buds will get. One thing that I have not been super pleased with is using Miracle Grow as a nutrient. This outside grow was an experiment using Miracle and not my typical Fox Farm nutrients. At this point in my grow, Miracle Grow needs to remain for garden vegetables and flowers NOT cannibas. As a result, I have made an Executive Decision and will going add some @Advance Nutrients Jungle Juice for the remainder this grow. @Hindugod and I have been growing our Gorilla Cookie plants simultaneously and his plants look thicker than mine do. His weather has not been as hard on his plants as I have had here in Virginia. He is also using different nutrients. Whoa another week. 07-01-2020 ( Day 116) Heat is very strong in January on this latitude. I keep the tent door open almost all the time to help ventilation. She is developing more buds from the former buds, that's waht it looks like, so if this is the way I think I had seen this befor, she would be keeping on growing new little buds from the buds that have been already formed, thus instead of packing on bud weight, she develops more biomass creating new buds and elongating the ones that we already there. Day 117 08-01-2020 Yesterday I forget to cover the tent front with the nylon layer to prevent any light leaking through the zipper and pinholes that there are all over the frontal face, the grow room is at my back, when I sit by the computer, so, the front side gets all the glow from the monitor. So I gave her a continuous long night starting at 8 pm yesterday , lights were on by 8.30 and will be off by 17. Day 119 (10-01-2020) I added 0.2g/L Boost fertilizer (High K and P) twice a week every week, until further observations or whatever. So the final mixture is 0.4 g/L Bloom and 0,2 g/L Boost, plus the other general nutrients/additives. The inlet air fan broke so I had to run to the store to get another one. I hadn't checked before (MY BAD!!) but I'm positive that it broke today. By the way, today is extremely hot! (30 ºC /86ºF) by the mid tent's height where the thermometer is) so I let the tent door open and extra ventilation (of course that microbes, spores, dust and other shit that is getting inside the grow room rampantly in the meantime). Day 111 (12/019 One thing that puzzles me is the fact that some buds are frosty but other look at bare sight, like there were no, butwith the loupe, one sees that there are in fact many of them but very tiny (I hope they'll develop a little more later). The thing is why does it look kind of a different thricome maturation?
