Day 49..moved the plants last week so they have more room. Stretch is slowing down and starting to bush out with loads of bud sites. No signs of any deficiencies yet, even though only feeding organic spirulina for last month.

All went smooth this last week. The leaves started turning yellow recently. I'm not sure if it's natural or not, but it seems pretty healthy other than that. Still waiting to fond some amber in the trichomes.

So i went for quick vacation/holidays to Georgia (love it!) and asked a friend of mine that lives nearby to take care of me babies 😊 so he watered the girls every 3,5 days on average (4 times during 14 days) with just as little as 100 ml per plant. Now I come back yesterday and I’m very happy with my girls - they look super thriving and eager to grow! I’m surprised as so very different they look from my previous grow in same setup except hydroponics - this time in soil in same day of vegetation they look much more dense and just thriving! Wow soil makes huge difference indoors. I saw 2 top leaves (on pictures & on video) with light nutrients burn (no idea why - I just added root juice). Also I know for sure that my light timer has broken - there were days when light was 24h on...I don’t know what might that cause... but now is all good - light timer fixed. I think that I will just keep feeding them water. What do you think guys? Would love some advice! Oh and pictures and videos are from yesterday. Before topping and after topping. On 2 girls I have used new topping technique. Thanks!

I made a mistake by defoliating this strain too heavy. I made a diary of a clone From this plant that i also Now started flowering so if u want to see better results go look at it

End of day 61 flower. Both girls have been sitting in the dark since Yesterday @8pm. Will be taking them down on Thursday afternoon. Split the stem on both and flushed with florakleen for 3 days and now only on RO water. Adding a few ice cubes to the solution 2 or 3 times per day to keep the temp down. The last 12 hours remaining I will take all the water out of both buckets to let them know that the end is near and hopefully get some more frost from that. It’s been over 120 days since these two got seeded together and it’s been one hell of a journey. I got a bunch of clones off them and will have more grows on those coming up soon. I’ve learn a lot about what these girls like and hope to get a better yield with the clones. Next update will be the harvest. Take care and thanks for following along. 🤗

This is the last week of growth. We are approaching the most attractive part, flowering. This week I will remove the extra leaves. And the last time I used growth fertilizer. This week I moved the grow light driver outside to lower the temperature inside the grow box and also added 2 Mars Hydro ts1000 bulbs to the box for better flowering👊👊👊

Week 7

I am not sure what the deal is with the Chibans. They look mutant to me maybe due to pollination. There is so much crystal forming up on them and they still look beautiful. Plant 1 is huge with big colas that are fragrant and very very sticky to the touch. Plant 2 looks the most normal as far as bud structure to me. She has not got the same flattened of tops but instead are more cone like . Also very very crystal heavy Clones 1 and 2 look like monsters to me. Their buds are bulbous and fat with a very flat round top and quite a bit larger then golf balls! I have never seen bud look like this but then I have never had pollination issues and watched the plants quite as much as I am at the moment. We will keep going with them and see what we get. Every visible node was topped on all the plants. Some of the large fan leaves connected to the main stem were removed. Custom drip rings were made out of some 1/2 inch tube that I drilled some holes in. Each drip ring has its own shutoff due to different substrate being used. I was getting rid of some leftover stuff from past grows. This is not ideal, but it’s what I had to work with and cost no 💰 this go around. I’m hoping for a great stretch from these Mandarin Cookies. The net will probably go up at the end of the week followed by one final week before flipping the light cycle to 12/12 for flower production. I really need the height of the Cookies to catch up to the Super Lemon Haze that are growing like a maniac! I’m gonna take clones at some point…maybe.
