Week 8/9 Challenges & Continued Growth! (May 21st - May 31st) Welcome back, dudes! This update covers the period from May 21st to May 31st. We've got some good progress, but also a minor hiccup that I've been tackling. It looks like I messed up with the pH for a bit, and as a result, my White Widow XXL Auto has developed a visible Cal-Mag deficiency. This is a bummer, but it's something I'm actively working to correct. Live and learn, right? I'll be keeping a close eye on her and adjusting things to get her back on track. The good news is that the other girls are handling things much better: Auto Banana Blaze (Dutch Passion) - Both Plants: Both Banana Blazes are feeling good and continuing to progress well. They seem less sensitive to the slight pH fluctuation and are just cruising along. Auto Kong 4 (Paradise Seeds): The Auto Kong 4 is still doing its own thing. Up until now, it's primarily been on just water, but I did add some GHF Bio Grow to her recently to give her a boost. She's looking healthy and building structure. Overall, it's a mixed bag this week with the White Widow showing some stress, but the rest of the crew is powering through. It's a constant learning process, especially when trying to balance multiple plants with slightly different needs. Stay tuned for the next update as I work to resolve the deficiency and these plants push further into flowering!

Week went again very uneventful. The plant does what she is supposed to be doing (gaining weight) :). Still lots of new pistils appearing overnight, I am checking the Trichomes daily, however, everything remains milky, with only very little % of amber trichomes. Once amber colours start increasing I will start flushing.

These ladies did'nt stretched much so far in week 2 but that could be due to the light intensity and distance I had it at in week 1 of the stretch period. This strain is really starting to show signs of that Gassy, Sweet, Creamy smelly that I was looking for and so far these ladies have been a breeze to grow.

A mostly uneventful week for the outdoor photoperiods. The were watered once with the cal-mag/kelp solution and were kind of pounded with rain most of the week.Then It got very humid too. I was worried for the plants during the storm we had they we calling for 70 mph winds that took down some powder lines and trees down the street. While i don't have the plants rigidly staked the cages were able to support the plants during the storm. Im not sure if the stakes would help or hurt i have a feeling it would help them snap easier rather than bend with the wind. They all survived and are getting some nice intense sunlight after the storm. I'm hoping I will be able to take some clones this week. Also hoping that my mantis cocoons will hatch!

week three flower everything looks fine so far :D eight days after defoliation I water them with 1.5l every 48h the light I use was set to 80% and it hangs 80cm away from the tops gelato 1 threw some balls, but I removed them as soon as I saw them, I'll keep watching it!

(gave her 100ml of just PH 6.5 water) 27/10/2019 - Feeding day, gave her 250ml water with 0.25ml Biobizz Grow, 6.4PH (changed feeding to once every 2 days with a plain water interval) 28/10/2019 - Started LST 30/10/2019 - Feeding day, gave her 250ml water with 0.25ml of each Biobizz - Grow,Bloom and Max, 6.3PH, added carbon filter and it raised the temps to 29c 31/10/2019 - A tad too much of nuts, little burn tip. (Sensi Seeds warned me but I still goofed it)

I started doin some LST in her and she flipped into flower about 5 days ago. She’s responding well to the training, I think I’m in a real treat with this lady.

Dehumidifiers are set on 55% and will decrease 5% by 5% each weeks now. I will keep an eye on the buds, particularly the new genetics, as I never grow them before I don’t know their resistance to mold, but I believe these strains should be tough enough as everyone is in perfect condition and all healthy. I have finally found a better lightening solution for the middle of the room. You can really see the difference between Pictures A and B. The Mars Hydro SP 250 is definitely the best LED solution for its price, you can get a serious LED light which is bright enough to be able to grow some serious buds like a pro, and I can tell just by seeing the quality and the intensity of the spectrum from my experience. This LED light will make you say WOW when you plug it in and each time you will see it turning on, for sure 👍 Before receiving this baby, I’ve read the driver becomes hot, but in my definition something hot, is something that you can’t handle more than a few seconds... to be honest, for me this driver becomes a bit warm and you can handle it with no problem. And one last thing about this driver, it is removable, in case if you personally think it’s too hot for your growing area. I counted the days again and came to the conclusion that I have 70 days full and harvested tonight. Enough brown and amber trichomes are also present. I'm excited to see how they taste and pop. They definitely look and smell very good. What's really funny: From the 2-3 week onwards, I turned both TS1000s up to 100% for 18 hours a day. I just wanted to find out my cap. I used around 100kW/h and €40 less in electricity costs. Compared to my last grow with Feminized and 10 weeks of flowering + Veggy. I wouldn't have expected that. Well... let it dry in peace first. Another project is already underway. Have a nice weekend everyone.

This week I have seen a lot of explosive growth in terms of height and shape! I was reluctant to beg from 6 weeks as I thought there wasn’t enough growth but they started to absolutely guzzle feed and respond well to everything I had done. Really happy with how they’re growing for now apart from the few issues I have had to say this is the first photoperiod strain I have grown and trained in really impressed. Humidity issues are still present but I’ve managed to maintain about 40% which is acceptable with temperatures bang on! I can see bud sites appearing everywhere and the defoliation technique really seemed to have worked. I will defoliate again before I flip to flower... Excited to keep growing!!

These girls are growing fast! They grew 8 inches this week, and the light got turned up to 6. While applying LST, I broke the two top branches of one of the smaller plants. I fixed it with masking tape.

Esta semana tomé poco registro. Descarté la planta mas atrasada y transplanté una a su maceta definitiva. Fue transplantada en su día 19, estuvo una semana en maceta de 3.5L, la otra será transplantada en un par de días

The Cheese is the Cheese! Mm the smell. Shut my extraction fan off for some vids the other night and when we awoke in the morning., oh my lord. I can't even describe the odor in my home, but the wife sure wasn't happy. I forgot to turn the fan back on. I have done this before but never has it smelled the way it did the other morning. Oh well, all good now. The Cheese trees are happy, as am I. Couple more week and hope they ripen up quickly. These are some beauty plants. Looking forward to trying the cheese, then some crackers lol.
