We are at week 3 now. A lot of development, i have not used liquid nutes this week, it is raining a lot so no water needed, thus no liquid nutrients. I have top feed of dry nutrients mix, basically a mixture of a super soil recipe that usually is used within to make a hot soil: I mix all tue ingredients together and use it gradually about 40g as a powder, in the top of the soil. - Azomite 500g - Natural fosfate 500g - Biochar 1kg - Bokashi 1kg -Kelp meal 500g -Mamona meal 1kg -chicken meal 1kg -Potassium silicate 500g -Gypsum farm 500g -Diatomaceous earth 500g Mix all keep it in a soil bag, this pure mix and use it once every month. The companion plants have emerged and will protect the soil humidity mainly.

W13 - ESTHER 🌱is growing tall. Ahm... Started again thinking about toping ✂️ her 🤔 Still can't spot any signs of flowering 🌻 in her 😥🤦‍♂️ I carried on with defoliation of unnecessary leaves.

The week went again pretty uneventful, other than me not getting the tip burn under control. I have further reduced base nutrients, removed the green sensation (simply because I ran out ;)) and increased pk 13/14 further. The buds continue to develop new pistils and continue to swell. The trichomes look mostly milky at this stage, I will however wait until I have around 20%-25% amber. I have cut a bud from the lower canopy (pictures attached), which is quite solid to touch and had a wet weight of roughly 1,2 gr and is currently drying. Overall the bud structure on this plant looks amazing the buds a re super dense, nicely clustered around the stems and she looks like she'll be a joy to trim.

Day 58 Stigma are coming out all over the place and you can see everything filling out really nice. Royal Kush is still a bit behind, but that is likely why she is the tallest of them all. With the pollen I collected from the Sour Diesel, I want to pollinate the Kush. Day 59 I decided not to start the pollination as I was going to spray with a slightly stronger concentration of Bioneem Oil. The aphids will not let up so I'm trying to increase the strength. Day 63 There are still aphids and I'm starting to think this Bioneem Oil is actually snake oil. I've held off on watering as the medium holds water so well. I'm going to have to rework my watering amounts.

3/25/2023 Week 6- Day 1 of Veg (Day 52 overall) Added my first between changes SILICA Top offs. Was worried that when you add it to pre mixed Nutes that it can make the whole thing turn into a gummy looking substance. I was ready to drain the system and start it over for the week if needed, but no issues adding it to the tank. the Silica going into the Res didn't gummy the system up, it did drop my PH by quit a bit causing me to have to bring it back in balance. 36 Gallons in the Tank Silica Add .5mil/Gal = 18Mil I topped some that needed to be topped, I defoliated some that needs to be defoliated. Since I have moved into Week 6 I have increased the light intensity up to just over 500 maxing it out for Veg Cycle. Next increase will be Week 1 of Flower. 3/26/2023 Week 6- Day 2 of Veg (Day 53 overall) All conditions looked great. Other than me not putting one of the humidifiers back right which means it didn't work last night so Humidity was lower than I like. But got the Humidifier back on it's stand correctly and it is now pumping away. With that I decided to give the plants a day off from any stresses, no topping, no FIMing, no Defoliation for today. Just some good old soaking up the light rays and the ability to get all the Nutes they would like.. 3/27/2023 Week 6- Day 3 of Veg (Day 54 overall) Looking kind of Bushy today, so I defoliated some, and topped some. 3/28/2023 Week 6- Day 4 of Veg (Day 55 overall) PH was a little lower than I like 5.74 so I added a few Mil of PH UP and brought it back up to 5.94. Not much else at this stage, just I topped a little and I defoliated a little. 3/29/2023 Week 6- Day 5 of Veg (Day 56 overall) Topped a little, Defoliated a little Watched them grow!! 3/30/2023 Week 6- Day 6 of Veg (Day 57 Overall) Main action today was breaking down my old tent and setting up a new tent and getting my second RDWC system setup and ready for clones. I Topped a little, I Defoliated some and started taking a good look at what I would like to take for clones in the coming days. Being Mephisto Freebies there’s not a lot of info on how these particular seeds grow. I found them low maintenance, they weren’t the thirstiest girls I’ve grown and I found quite late on they didn’t like high temperatures, caused over half of them to foxtail. That being said the trichome production was there from week 2 of flower and by the time I cut them down they were some of the greasiest plants I’ve grown to date! I left a decent amount of the sugar leaves on while trimming with the hopes it will slow the drying process by a few extra days, between 7-10 days hanging, then into jars with humidity packs to cure. It’s been a fun grow and an exciting introduction into the Mephisto brand, over the last year I’ve managed to purchase a few different strains on there Monday drops so il definitely be running some more in the future. Week 16 I added new tie-down and tried to fill the tent as much as possible. The Aroma is amazing coming from the tent with super sweet berry tones. Trichomes are all still clear and no stunt in growth has been detected. I've gone back to a 90 degree rotation daily and a hybrid watering schedule with 1L from top and 1L subirrigated alternating days to keep nutrients in play hoping to prolong flushing the plant over the next 2-3 weeks instead of over a single week. Pests have not re-emerged since the spray but nonetheless less ill be spraying again partway through the week. The buds are mainly all golf ball sized now with the colas starting to fill out nicely. I cannot wait to try these mouth watering buds. Day 6 As the week progressed we saw a filling of the branches, the internodal spacing was almost perfect for this plant which is nice considering all things. As seen on the video, the trichomes are mainly clear on a lot of the outer buds but the more centralized buds are appearing cloudy. Regardless going for a 85/15 cloudy/amber trichome ratio. So 3-4 weeks more possibly, observation will be crucial.
