TragicTerps Okay so this is an experiment and practice. I was given a wedding cake cross with Nerds strains. I know it's an indica dominant plant and I got it as a new sprout.
I topped it a total of 8 times (every main branch was topped. I then tipped the main stalk to stop growth and put energy into lower growth. Internodal spacing is tight and the plant is healthy the new buds are cute and nothing at the moment, the smell is starting to become more present. Hoping for a few ounces out of this one.

TragicTerps Day 1-3 of week 2 of flower, week 13 overall saw more bud development and now that I've dialed in the light the internodal spacing is perfect for big dense colas. I'm super stoked for the next few weeks if I can manage the stretch and keep it tighter like it is it'll be the best harvested crop I've ever had. (Not saying much) lol.

TragicTerps This week we will monitor for nutrient deficiencies and pests. Watering when dry method and still rotating between sub irrigation (watering from the bottom) and top watering.
Defoliation of the Larf and smaller undergrowth ( light lollipoping) happened day 6 of week 13, this girl has vegged for so long I doubt there is any amount of stress I could induce to cause problems with this girl. (Within reason) Ultimately I'm on autopilot with this girl.
The smell is that of tropical pine with tones of spices and earth. It's a very sweet but fruity spicy berry earthy smell... hard to explain its a lot of smells crossed.
Nonetheless the final day of week 14 I fed the girl some goodies and got rid of some pests. Normally I wouldn't have sprayed even with organic sprays but the spidermites were starting to do some damage. I used a bed bug spray as discussed with "growmasters" due to the fact its all essential oils and is pet and people safe. I sprayed 72 hours ago and have seen no negative signs from doing such.
Onto the next week!

TragicTerps Monitoring for stresses from nutes and pests. Just maintaining a plain dechlorinated tap water schedule and pulling off dead and damaged leaves.
She is on auto pilot for the remainder of the grow.

TragicTerps Week 16 I added new tie-down and tried to fill the tent as much as possible. The Aroma is amazing coming from the tent with super sweet berry tones. Trichomes are all still clear and no stunt in growth has been detected.
I've gone back to a 90 degree rotation daily and a hybrid watering schedule with 1L from top and 1L subirrigated alternating days to keep nutrients in play hoping to prolong flushing the plant over the next 2-3 weeks instead of over a single week.
Pests have not re-emerged since the spray but nonetheless less ill be spraying again partway through the week.
The buds are mainly all golf ball sized now with the colas starting to fill out nicely. I cannot wait to try these mouth watering buds.
Day 6 As the week progressed we saw a filling of the branches, the internodal spacing was almost perfect for this plant which is nice considering all things. As seen on the video, the trichomes are mainly clear on a lot of the outer buds but the more centralized buds are appearing cloudy. Regardless going for a 85/15 cloudy/amber trichome ratio. So 3-4 weeks more possibly, observation will be crucial.

TragicTerps We hit the point of Harvest!?! A bit quicker than I was hoping for honestly but the thrichomes don't lie. All trichomes are cloudy now and some are starting to turn amber. Each bud is the size of a golf ball and extremely dense.
I will have the plant in complete darkness for 4 whole days and then it will be strung up to dry for a period of hopefully 8 days. I may run this as a long week and just cover all the bases until it's dried.
Anyways the grow went without any issues, the plant has been abused majorly and for it to turn out the way it has is amazing in and of itself.
My next grow will likely be either Bluedream or greatwhite Shark. We will see.
So this gal officially is a Wedding Cake x Nerdz strain, we have an Indica dominant hybrid with characteristics of this pheno being predominantly indica.

TragicTerps I abused this plant to no end as an experiment and it handled all of it well. I'm super impressed, I flash dried a couple smaller buds and I'm still blown away. Just insane terpene profile you can really see the wedding cake genetics come out on her.
@DoDrugs420, indeed. I'll be doing a sativa next likely, just worried with my grow space and sativas generally liking to have a taller frame I don't think I will have the room.
@TyeBaby, I actually ended up doubling the serving. It's funny you asked that. I ran a teaspoon worth in half a gallon. So way concentrated but it didn't affect the ladies negatively or anything. I'd recommend it.
