Hello growers day 49 in the garden with the blue monster she is popping off she is standing at 83cm at the moment she looks very healthy thought I was going to have problems outside but she’s taking it very well loving the zami genetics I’m just going to keep feeding her and let her ride it out staring to get some nice buds starting to form now getting excited can’t wait to try her buds so until next week be safe and happy growing ✌️

left the girls to settle into their new environment. Have been watering every 4 days or so, not much rain this week. Plants are looking good and showing some signs of leaf growth which means the roots have already branched out. Chitosal as a root drench is supposed to help with drought tolerance and salt stress, no salt stress here as we are organic. Next week things to do: 1) spread and re-stake plants. 2) create a top amendment feeding and watering bowl under each plant with some chicken wire.

This week has been descent, plants recovered just fine from the LST issues from before. Its like they never were really phased by it. and that's impressive for the strain it really can take abuse and grows well. I was away for a extended weekend and tossed in 1Gal of ph'd water to the plants and hopped for the best, So far so good. Will need to water them again tomorrow. Had a bit of burning on some leaves from the soil/transplant so its good to know the stuff is feeding em well. I really think the fulvic acids are helping them take in the nutrients as I'm using less of it compared to other grows with Gaia Green. I topped all the plants this week and this should set them back a bit in vertical growth. I think they will be ready for flip in a week or two, they should have established themselves in the new pots with all their roots by now. Maybe give them a bit more and then pinch them all into the SCROG net, Might need a 2nd net to support the colas if they grow really tall. Aim for week 10 flip as of now. Clones are also doing well, one of them dried out a bit more and can see the growth was stunted. I also gave away the 4th plant that was a runt, they will be keeping it in a window still till its time to transplant them outside in the spring and let it grow into a monster plant outdoors hopefully if it does not get stolen. Hard to tell what will happen to it. Lota dumbasses in their neighbourhood. They got fed FLOWER as a nutrient tea, the lights are now full blast (on 10), and very little trimming was needed this week. There is very little growth upwards. They are the same height as last week. These ladies are looking great! 😍 The buds have big pistols (hairs)! They are getting covered in trichomes all around the buds, and forming loose colas. They seem like they are close to finishing?? Oh, AND they smell strongly of terpentine and that blue dream smell!

Will definitely update this as I finish trimming and curing!

What’s up y’all!!?? Week 8 deserved a video !!! The colas / bud sites are fattening up and starting to put on weight. I was concerned with the lower sites but they seem to be producing slowly but surely. I defoliate large fan leaves and make sure I keep the lower branches tied to the fabric pot to get as much light as they can. The plant is becoming sticky and the smell is getting more prominent. I turned up the air filter to help with the smell. Week 9 is approaching and we getting closer and closer to blowing our very first home grown bud!

Overall a fun and enjoying flower of the purple sunset. She transitions quickly and stretchs fast. Being an indica hybrid she doesn't get too tall, thus creating strong and sturdy branches to hold her fast dense frosty nugs. During the stretch she loves a good amount of grow notes. Week 2 to 4 she starts getting picky. Once she starts to fade, it is time to drop the grow nutes and go into full bloom early in week 4. This cultivar shows more phenotypical expressions depending on climate and flush. She shows huge purple hues in flush. Allowing her to go into week 9 to 11 can result in almost purple buds. She has a nice term profile in flower and once in the jars. Sweet candy grape 🍇 purple punch notes on the nose and on the pallette when exhaling on the smoke. When trimming this girl she was. Breeze to trim. She got a good 8 to 9 days to dry and was then sweat in the jars. When you smoke Ethos purple sunset the indica really hits you like a train. Taking her down at day 52 was a good choice. The high feels like any of the high once u smoke it. You don't start to notice the stoned effects until you're halfway through a big bowl with your partner. As you guys finish, you notice the body stone take in effect as well the heavy chest and trachea feeling which I LOVE. A sense of happiness and relaxation set in almost immediately. Very enjoyable indica high with great terps. I would give it a 10 but that maybe next run once grow her to week 10 flower. Overall Ethos purple sunset delivers. Fast flowering monster that delivers on extreme levels of frost and terp profiles. Don't believe? Pictures show it all. She’s been stacking super fast and I think she may become the biggest and highest yielding plant I’ve grown thus far. Each cola has 3 nodes minimum. I love mephisto genetics. Beginning mid-flower nutes now. Flush pH 6.4, EC 0.33. Feed pH 6.5, EC 1.01.

Grow diary 11 stage 6 Day 51-60 This last 9 days she has continued to veg and stretch. I have been bending the tops of the 4 mains to try and get her as low as possible, she is the tallest of the 4 strains I have going even with multiple bends on the mains she is a good 9 inches taller then the wedding glue I have going. Don't think she liked the slight increase in nutes this stage. Hope she gets going into flower soon as she is way behind the others and I was planning on harvesting all plants at the same time.

Day 14 Flower: Hey Growers. This week has gone pretty well. I am trying to dial in the Vipar Spectra XS2000 where the plants are happy and have reaching leaves. I have it set to 22-24” above the canopy and 95% and that seems to be where they’re happy for now. There are buds starting to form up and some stretch happening. This next week I will be doing a leaf strip as this pheno is super leafy, I just don’t want to stunt that upward stretch right now. They are much happier with water every other day and may need to increase to daily. As a combat to possible fungus gnats or soil born pests, I use h202 when doing my plain watering. They also seem to really like the “liquid” oxygen that is a byproduct of its use. If it’s could get another 3-4” of stacked stretch I’d be really pleased, but whatever they do is up to them. All I can do is try to make them happy and in turn they will do the same for me later. 👍🏻👍🏻 Happy Growing 🌱✌️🇺🇦

Hey all This is my first grow. All seeds germinated on soil and poped up 5/6 on the 4th day. Girl Scout Cookies turned out a day later because ladies like to leave us waiting 😊 (Added end of first week video)

I'm just all to excited with how the next two weeks are gonna span out😁 Started giving only water this week as the plants are fading fast, and im seeing an amber trichome here or there. Not to long now!😄
