It smells sweet ans fruity

A bit behind posting these results. So chopped and wet trimmed on 7/23. Jumped a week on this one as I found a bud which looked like it was going bad. Clipped it and anything near by, chopped the entire plant and did a bud wash as well. Not really concerned as it was close enough when cut. Dried and final trimmed into bags weight was 78g a decent haul considering how little effort I put into this girl. Dutch Passions does have some quality strains.

I’m thinking too much heat and humidity hurt yield and flavor. So onward to indoor grow. More motivated than ever for a better harvest and final yield.

This strain is really resilient and fast-growing. It responded really well to LST and grew multiple big colas. The buds are not as dense as the other 2 plants I grew but are still quite dense with tons of trichomes covering them. Tastes amazing, I can definitely taste some banana in there. Smells like tropical fruits, really nice. Since it has a lower THC amount it's not as strong as Strawberry Pie Auto but still quite strong.

It's an ok strain. But, it was my first Dutch Passion run so, I'm going to try again in the future.

For a forst experience it was a little stressy only because of the strange leaf pattern it shoved, but basically it never needed any extra care, just feed her, water her, and you'll be good to go in 10 weeks they say... But it took me 16 just to find out i could've wait another 2 weeks, so this auto grew for a long time for me. I might have topped/fimmed her too many times, so it could get to be a big plant, but the buds aren't any close to being dense. Stuff hits you tho. I made some friends try and explain the feeling but they could not explain things after they blazed it, so this was the explanation of the feeling. Personally i'm not too happy with my outcome, since i wanted thick dense buds, even tho it's almost 200 grams for a single plant and that is amazing. I learned a lot during this procedure, and will continue to try improve my relationship with my ladies. Somewhere about midway in the curing process i will update the harvest outcome section, stay tuned. Thanks for visiting my diary.

My 2nd auto grow. Ready to grow. I'm looking forward to growing more Dutch Passion genetics. This had lovely colour and bud size. Smell was stinky. I had a cheeky smoke today and the banana was evident. And very nice! 3 weeks can't go quickly enough

EDIT: I AM NOT SURE WHY BUT I CAN' ADJUST SATIVA/INDICA OR TASTE ON THIS HARVEST ENTRY I would say it feels 70% Indica Ahh yes the banana blaze high This high always hits me in the forehead a few seconds after taking a puff It kind of knocks me sideways at first but then it is just happy vibes all the way forward. I have had a few rips of her already since I harvested her a few days ago and the smoke is very similar to the first time I grew this plant. A strong hit and then a good ol happy time pace. I had a hit a few hours before posting this harvest entry and I'm still in a great place and able to do work and admin and so forth. No anxiety, no stress, just a stupid grin on my face as I enjoy the day. I am very happy she got so big, which means I am going to have plenty more days like this and hopefully share it with plenty of my friends. She tastes absolutely awesome, she is sweet and fruity and has quite a delicious clean smell. The 'banana' taste is there, but its a bit different this time.... not that I am complaining.... it might be the different nutrients.

Best tip is to just let it grow naturally

Banana Blaze was harvest on 8/29 which put her on day 75 and has dried in 5 days. My phone camera will not work with me so my bad for that. I also don't have the options to put dry weight which is 50.02g and high effects. Growing: Very easy strain to grow once again. She grew pretty tall and had some long arms with alot of bud sites all around the plant. She gave me no issues with burns of deficiencies using organic dry amends but i did run into a problem with using terpinator. Dutch passion states she is a light feeder and i found out the hard way that is true, so if using liquid nutes try lower doses first and don't feed every watering. I also found out that during her last weeks on budding she becomes very sensitive to heat/light stress; the stable temp was only 5F higher and she started to foxtail. Also had no issues with bugs or any bad pests. Buds: The buds came out very nicely with a nice layer of frost on her which i didn't think she was this frosty when growing. They have a nice bright green color to them with dark green hues and dark orange hairs all over. Some buds are very dense but since i caused a nute issue there is more airy buds than dense but all came out very nicely. I expect these buds to be dense like rocks when grown without any issues. Smell & Taste: It has a banana like smell which is awesome but also has a undertone of pungent skunk. When ground up you smell the skunk more but up close has a very nice banana like smell that makes you want to keep smelling. The taste is also very nice and smooth like a sweet but skunk taste and skunky smoke afterwards. i do wish it had more of a banana taste to it but i will just have to search for the right pheno to milk. High: Very sedating high i must say. After smoking some of this i feel it in my body with a nice calming feeling that relaxes your body. If you smoke alot of this it will make you pretty tired but doesn't knock you out or atleast for some people it won't. I do feel it in my head and eyes too so you will look pretty high smoking this when it really hits. Overview: This is a nice strain to grow with a great high to be rewarded with afterwards. Anyone can grow this autoflower and achieve great results but because of the light feeding and the higher chance of burning, i do suggest only to grow this strain if you know your liquid nutes (dry amendments should be fine). The buds and smell are very pleasant and smell like bananas and in the light has a very light green tone to it like unripe bananas. The high is also really good and i love it but i am also more of a narcotic high kind of person, it can be very couchlock at times but also creative. I do highly reccomend this strain to everyone but you have to watch out for what she wants and when she wants it and not over do it.
