@Cloudz2600, good luck to you my friend. After I wrote my comment it hit me that maybe u were in some type of other media besides soil.

@Frog_Fisher,Promix is pretty neutral and doesn't really come with any nutrients in it since it's a soilless mix. Fox farm is typically pretty 'hot'. In regards to PPM my water is around 50ppm so 170 is actually pretty low in my experience and I was using a good bit of Co2 with the greed pad jrs. If you watch his Great Root Race video you'll see the plants with the green pad actually yellow pretty quickly as they're absorbing nutrients at a faster rate than the other plants.
