@Hempface86, Drying out seemed to really help, once the medium was super dry, I hit the top of the soil again with diluted hydrogen peroxide. Infestation is way under control now, thanks so much!
@BungeeGrows, let your soil run dry .. fungus gnats stay around when the top of the medium is wet .. try holding back watering for as long as you can .. until your pot is super light and the top has been dry.. then when you do water put a fan blowing towards the base of the plants at the pots to 1. Dry the surface and 2. They can't land from the wind .. I have air moving so much around my tent so it not ideal for any bugs .. you'll see.on my grow that I keep a fan on the ground in my tent for that reason and air pruning the roots .. grab yourself a bottle of neem oil for that will help with most bugs too... let me know what works for you..
@Hempface86, Thank you! This is the worst I've had them yet as a newbie, hitting the leaves and soil with diluted hydrogen peroxide daily and will have sticky traps arriving today sometime. That should hopefully help me get a handle of it :grimacing:
