First try: problem with germination

Hi guys,
I think that my seed is going to die. I use universal topsoil (the one you can find in a supermarket) and stupidly I put too water on it before put the seed into it. After one week I've noticed that the seed is darker and there is no root. How can I recover from my erro?

sounds like its been drowned good an dead, there aint no recovery if it has. its fresh seed start again.

some seeds take some dont its just the way it is i have germinated 10 plus seeds at a time and only have 5 pop you should start your seeds in jiffy pellets in a little green house with a heating pad helps alot they love nice warm damp spots good luck man

Issues with purple stem and yellow leaves in Autos starting at the bottom of the plant and moving it's way up the plant ?I grew a Lowryder and this really hurt my yield whatever it was i was supposed to get around 20g or so but I ended up getting 8g and its not the first time this has happened.

Will heat delay flowering in autos?Does heat impact flowering with autoflowers and specifically Indica dominant strains such as this one?
I know that both Indica and Ruderalis prefer cooler climates. I cannot get my closet under 85⁰. In the South and no AC in that room.
Can this be why I'm at day 53 of veg?

I believe it is calcium deficiency also could be Manganese from the pictures. I did not add CalMag during the first weeks.
Usually Calcium deficiency shows after 4 weeks and during flower but not likely in soil.
