It would be helpful in all life stages, lol. Their par maps look a bit suspect. Thy don't give diode counts to double-check their spec sheet number which also seem fabricated. They use lense focusing, so you get less spread of light and a stronger hot spot in central areas, which for a quantum board spread is fairly important. the price is fairly cheap, so you get what you pay for here. It's just a grow light that might have a crappy CCT. Draw attention to a mediocre product in an inappropriate space and this is the response, lol.
