You can try to pinch them, wash hands and pinch next, off course straight to toilet is best way to dispose.
But if it will go under buds, you will misss some and will get seeds ... so if its from big croud, i would chop . In small gang - i would play.

Your girl is packing. You can pinch the sacks or you can Chop her down or fool with seeded weed. It looks like you're pretty far down the road so it's hard to say, if that's the only thing you've got going,Enjoy the hard work of deballing your plant. If you can take the hit chopper down. Or anything in between.
On a side note, what did you do to kick off the hermaphrodization process. Too much heat. Light stress, feeding stress. Go back through your notes and see if you can identify the culprit.

Stunted flowering?Now is the third week into flowering but the white pistil looks almost the same compares to the week earlier. Also, some leaf shows a strange yellow color in the center.
