m0useanswered grow question 2d ago This looks to be from a lower node on the plant, maybe it got banged around. I would not worry about it. if anything pinch that off and let it focus on the main buds up top on the plant.
The leaves are extra dark green and lush so its getting excess N from somewhere despite you not fertilizing.
The leaf in the far right of the pic does have some markings on it that are reminiscent of thrips so I think the other user suggesting it maybe thrips might not be wrong. Keep an eye on that, I don't know them to cause issues with younger leaves like that in the center of the pic. but they do like to fuck up mature leaves.
