Hi there, this is called variegated leaves, i think it looks quite nice, there's no effect apart from the looks on the plant so dont worry. In other plants than cannabis variegation can increase the value of phenotypes ... maybe it will become a trend in the future, who knows? hope this helps ! 🚀

I'm not sure what's going on, but the tips of several leaves are twisting over and/or turning white. I don't know if it's a nutrient deficiency, nutrient burn, I don't think it's too much heat, but maybe due to sun burn? I'm not finding much luck about white leave tips online.
