My Lilac Diesel has purple stripes all the way down the stalk. No purple on the stems or leaves. Is it supposed to have a purple stripe?

Can you spray water on bananas while they're still on flowers (around weeks 5/6/7) ?had a few plants herm around week 6 of flower. can i spray bananas with water FIRST (to kill pollen) then remove with tweezers? To harvest or not to harvestAny opinions on whether I should harvest based on the pics I posted.
