As mouse stated the grow manual or simply go to the website for that specific model light. Hope that helps. SF does a good light, I have been happy with mine. Enjoy the grow.

Is she too far gone or can she come back?Week 8. Biobizz Light Mix, Biobizz Grow, Biobizz Bloom and Top Max (1ml/L up to 2ml/L). Ph 6.2-6.5. Foxtailing Yellow Leaves White Trichomes - WHAT HAVEW I DONE?!Hi! It's my first grow and I thought I was Doing alright. After I've bought a tent, seems like things got worse. Second seed had been growing wrong way up.Turns out my second seed was growing upside down and the taproot had been growing towards the light for ~8 days.
