If I take a young auto, 3-4 weeks old, and put it in 12/12 light, will it flower or will it continue to veg until it feels like flowering?

Autos flower when ever they like. U can put it in the dark for 3 days then go 12/12 and it still wont flower until its ready. Keep lights on 18/6 for Autos the whole way thru for best results.

Yes it will flower. As an autoflower it has a set genetic schedule that will flower regardless of light schedule.

It should flower, just dont expect great results chop harvest time.
If you have no other choice then you are gonna have to do it, if you can avoid it and can instead give it 18/6 or 20/4 then do that ;)

Since it’s an auto it will flower no matter the light schedule. Everyone runs autos different, I personally always do 20 on 4 off with autos. But again that’s my preference. I would recommend more than 12 hours of light , at least 16. But again that’s just my personal recommendation, good luck! Happy growing!

It’s an auto flower. Let it decide what it will do. Keep it at 18-6. No point in 12-12. Keep a longer day for fatter buds.

Thought I was on an 18/6 schedule in my tent but apparently it was 12/12 from weeks 3-7. It’s close to needing to be switched over to flowering size wise. I switched over properly to 18/6 two days ago and plan to keep it there for an extra week. Yes?
