Nothing unusual, cannabis mutations are quite common and it does not affect anything.
It is not caused by anything you did and is a bit like growing a wart or a few zits.
If you are keen, take a look at my diary "cannabis conundrums" and in week 7 I have posted a few pictures of various mutations, including buds growing on leaves, buds growing on leaf stems and even leaves growing out of other leaves. Once you grow for a while, you will soon see how common various mutations appear on cannabis plants.

Yeah you’ll go crazy trying to find an EXACT reason why.. it’s likely nothing you did and just a mutation.. I notice this in a small percentage of plants

Seedling grew tap root but has white cotyledonsSprouted two bubba kush, first one is fine but second one never popped through the soil. RH back to kinda normal 60%, after being 80% for couple days. outside RH was a huge part of the issue due to rain which is stabilizing. Haven't watered in 3 days. soil is definitely pretty dry , as I was waiting to water again for RH to go down. Should I wait longer? or I'm good?Week 16
