Should roots come out of fabric pots?

So i just noticed that i got roots busting out the bottom of my 5gallon fabric pots.. Is that normal and ok?

It’s fine. Means you got some strong roots for one, and it will just air prune the roots and cause them to grow stronger within the pot. No worries!

ID this pest - bulb mite?Trouble in paradise. Issues with new growth on a few plants in my 2nd tent. Rather suddenly. Past experience lead me to suspect a pest eating my roots (no, not a deficiency). PH I messed up & forgot to PH balance my water before using it. It was 9.4 before I mixed in molasses & formulex. I put 1 gallon in each pot. I realized right after I did that, that I forgot. I tried to fix it by adding a 1/2 gal. To each of just plain 6.1 ph water. What now tho ??
