Trying to figure out why I can't join contest and all I get is this lame response.
Hey growmie, thanks a ton for reaching out and for entering the contests! 🙌
About why you only see a few of your Diaries available — it comes down to the contest rules. Here are the main ones to keep in mind:
🌱 Single strain only → Diaries must have just one strain. Multi-strain Diaries aren’t eligible.
📆 Freshness → Usually only new or active Diaries can enter (finished or very old ones may not show up).
🏆 Cooldown after winning → If a Diary has recently won in a contest, it can’t enter again right away.
✅ Completed info → Diaries need to have all the required details (strain, breeder, grow info) filled in.
📸 Updates matter → Active updates (weeks, photos, notes) are required — empty Diaries can’t be submitted.
👤 Account age → Very new accounts are not eligible; your profile should be active for a while before joining contests.
That’s why you only see a limited number of your Diaries available for Diary of the Month or New Ganja Farmer Contest.

exotic seed's competition was holding all my diaries hostage that i entered into it from being selectable for any other contest so i withdrew, if anyone is having any other issues similar may be why

Contest is only letting me choose from my auto flowers I have harvested, and i think i used on of them already. Can you only enter a harvest once into a diary of the month?

@MindFlowers68, only completed diaries can enter, once entered and the month closes your diary will be locked from DOTM in the future. I have one I entered in the past and for some reason it's always there to be selected again but iv never bothered choosing it a 2nd time.

@MindFlowers68, yeah if you haven't used any then you should be able to enter. When click join there should be a drop down menu to select a diary.

All my best diaries are unelectable. They were never entered into a dairy of the month contest yet. Only a few of my auto flower grows ae showing up as selectable in drop down menu. And one of them I believe I have used. I did enter them into another contest the exotic seed summer harvest. Is that why?

The "growdiaries.com/giveaways/%22 list is showing 'autoseeds' as the sponsor. Small potatoes, but someone might be interested.
Looks like a slight issue with that across a couple contest listings.
