How many hours of sunlight do you have? Since you're growing an auto-flowering strain with a limited lifetime, you want to avoid any kind of stress : wind-stress, overwatering-stress, underwatering-stress, heat-stress.... You'll have a better control on all those factors if you grow inside! Moreover, you'll have less pests&insects troubles, and no animal could come and eat your plant :) Considering you have a good led panel, with such power, I would recommend to grow inside.
