Scarecrow So basically I'm trying to get rid of seeds from past purchases and before buying more I wanted to see who has the better results in my setup. So I've already started my MSNL(only 1 as I've grown several of their autos already) and my 3 Fastbuds diaries so on to the Seedsman. I'm running their Amnesia Haze and Blueberry Autos. Soaked in RO with SuperThrive the paper towel and into the soil mix. Came up with shell on but shed it and this one was a faster starter than most. Seedsman has the speed advantage so far.

Scarecrow So just a waiting game until I gave first light feed on day 11. Honestly I'm surprised about the early results. All my FBs are short and growing side shoots. Seedsmans are growing vertically with Blueberry??? in the lead by far. MSNL CTA made a drastic comeback. This is gonna be very interesting indeed....

Scarecrow So this thing was confusing the hell outta me so I started digging into the ambiguous lineage of this strain and found multiple sets of parents. Thus I have to assume this is the least sativa hybrid out there and that is why I have a squat bush with the widest leaves in the bunch. I mean this plant screams indica so no LST yet. I hate to think that I may miss out on that trippy sativa buzz but as always we shall see...or smoke..or whatever....

Scarecrow I've been kinda bummed about this plant from the start and this week broke me from ever growing this again unless something drastic happens. Had a tox issue and really dark leaves that were trying to leather up. Flushed with a gallon of RO and it perked but still looking like a bushy indica. The leaves are impossible to tuck and the side branches just will not respond well to LST. Not a fan of these particular genetics for this strain. Will have to try FastBuds version and compare results. We shall see...

Scarecrow So if you saw my last update I was really hard on this strain and ready to never grow it again. It didn't recover from a nute issue in the time that the Critical got killed by my cat and came back from being taped together....but at least it did come back. I was ready to write these genetics off but after some new growth this week I was able to open up the pattern with some hard fought LST and it finally responded. The leathery leaves are finally gone as well. This doesn't even look like the same little sphere of tangled leaves from last week. Even from day 29-35 is a drsstic change. No nutes or water in almost 2 weeks but its starting to take off. Still purely veg since its the only lady with no pistils as of yet but we shall see.... Wish all of these would've vegged for 6 full weeks. Kept temps up and waited on p-k until red stems and slowed vertical growth but had a couple still set off flower early. Can only imagine what the blueberry and lemonade would look like after 6 full weeks of veg...

Scarecrow The roller coaster continues. I just cannot get this plant to cooperate from one week to the next. Everytime I think she's gonna act right she disappoints. I mean she got her own light and everything this week and stayed exactly the same size even with nutes being added back in. She showed pistils so really my chances of her catching back up are nil. I updated this journal first this week bc I'm tired of doing her last and ending on a sad note. Really expected more from this strain but it basically sucked from the start. Never resembled anything even sativa-ish much less the "world's favorite haze". Whatever.... it was a freebie... but so was Blueberry and check her out... makes no sense...

Scarecrow Since this girl is so far behind the others I'm switching to bloom nutes early. Cutting out the nitrogen will make her end up smaller than she could've been but she can't just take up space forever when I'm gonna need these bloom lights for my next run and she's still got weeks left to finish. Anyway she's under the brand new lights. I added a RA1000 to my RA2000 to help saturate the area with light since I am also growing a couple of plants under indirect light from all sides. With them and my 2 TS600s I use for veg my manifold plant in the middle of the tent doesn't need its own light. I think the light was just in time as I think the stretch will be much more apt to reach nearer to my pretty even canopy. This plant ruins the SoG effect but hopefully it will do a beast sativa preflower stretch and all will be well but we shall see...

Scarecrow I'm sooooo sick of babying this plant and my cat decides to destroy my favorite in the tent. What luck... anyways this ones schedule is so different that its just not worth it to mix all my solutions separate for this one so I just dry amended and plan to just water from here on out. Yet regardless of if I give .5L or a whole L of water its always droopy and never perks up even when the pot is super light and is begging for water and I give it. Honestly I despise this plant 😒 and resent the fact that its healthy and my WCC is bare bones. Fate can be so cruel...

Scarecrow So... this plant normally catches hell in my weekly updates but it has finally responded positively to something and that was organic dry amendments. So this week I have to say that I am much less disappointed with this lady here. I have decided to pay closer attention to her needs from here on.

Scarecrow Finally went an entire week without drooping. Got some pH issues in check with my other plants that I use the same water on and it seems to have brought her back from the brink. Now that the leaves have perked up you can actually see that it now has some yield potential. Nothing crazy but more than what I was preparing for with the strange growth pattern of this brand's version of this strain. However it still has absolutely no smell compared to the rest of the garden so probably gonna be awhile before this gal is done. She'll most likely have Critical Thunder and #2Blueberry to keep her company in the later weeks. The FastBuds are just that and will be done much sooner. Impressed at the turn around 👏

Scarecrow She's come a long way from the droopy indica looking disappointment that I complained about for weeks. While some of my ladies are finishing up she's a ways off and still packing it on. She finally has a smell now too. Her buds are all like foot long fingers completely covered in bud. Definitely very sativa though so a slow finish is expected.

Scarecrow She is finally starting to show that fall fade. Dropping all her fan leaves and concentrating all on buds that fill the entire stem from tip to trunk. The smell is coming in very piney and the pistils are finally starting to turn. She should be done in a couple more weeks....

Scarecrow Coming down the homestretch hot. This baby doubled the diameter of her buds this week and the pistils are putting on a show. Just a really lovely structure to admire. The frost level isn't amazing but there's enough there where I know I'm in for a treat when its time for testing but we shall see...

Scarecrow So after long weeks of her being a little behind she decided to up and finish out of nowhere this week. I want that crazy head high so I don't want many more of the amber trichs poisoning my THC levels so I'm gonna throw her in the dark in three more days after i.get the Orange Sherbet through her dark cycle and chopped. Like I said on the other diaries the only update left of this batch next week will be the Critical Thunder. Its been a wild grow. Massive plants from all genetic banks and colorful buds galore. Most beautiful garden so far. See you for harvest details...

Very sativa stuff here yet I don't recommend as a day smoke. It hits your head then time just flies while you laugh at nothing. The only thing I don't like is the smell and taste. Not that quick dry no cure hay smell either. After a week of cure its obvious that is just the way this strain is but it turns me off. Too earthy for me but to each his own. Still strong stuff regardless.

Scarecrow She started off looking very indica and leathery but after an early flush and switch to dry amendments and she took off. Flowering was slow but once again at the end she took off again and finished up quick out of nowhere. Loved the bud length and structure during flower. One of my favorites to play with as I could feel the heft of the buds on the stems. Not my favorite to smoke but I do not regret giving this very beautiful specimen a go.

@HAPPY91, thanks bud! This plant is actually the runt in the room compared to the other 5 strains I have at Day 70 but from all I've read this strain is notorious for being slow to finish
