Looks like she might be drowing or possibly over fed, how high is your water level and do you have enough aeration.

rustyretina Seedling is drooping over...wonder if I've done something wrong? I germinated seed on 07/15 and now its 15 days later, seedling in rapid rooter, rapid rooter in hydroton, low 200 PPM nutrients, oscillating fan on low 100% of the time and exhaust duct fan running ~18 hr (on auto) to control heat when lights are on.
Any suggestions about the bent over seedling? Should I worry or not?

Find a way to straighten her up and bring the light a bit closer if possible. Looks like she's stretching bad because of lack of light although you should be good at the 24" you have in your journal if that's accurate.
