Seedperson Started a G14 fem auto from FastBuds. She popped in two days. Giving 24/0 light schedule. Over watered the second day. Punched more holes in the sides of the pot to give better drainage.

Hello, good evening!
There's no exact distance, but a good rule of thumb is to put your hand at the same level of the top of the plant. If it's too hot to you, it's too hot for her as well.
Play a little bit with the height of it until you find the sweet spot.
