Pot_Portraits Another Barney's Farm strain the Tropicanna Banana, she is getting 2ml/l Fish Mix and sits under a 400 watt MH to veg.
So far nothing exciting to report, she grows steady, looks healthy and i'm excited about this one. 💪

Pot_Portraits Week 4 for the Tropicana Banana, nothing exciting just vegging her into the shape I want for the flowering stage.
I topped her and LST trained her as well, now I will let her grow this shape out and in roughly 2 weeks we will start flowering.

Pot_Portraits Week 5 for the Tropicana Banana, I flipped the switch to 13-11 and started flowering them today so this is the last veg diary.
I re potted all the plants in this tent as well, the Tropicana Banana is in a 25 liter pot now which will be final as I have to limit the size a bit.
They are now in a new soil mix that I made and will run in the future now, during replant I used great white to sprinkle on the roots, then I watered the plants at the same feeding plus a bit of bloom and top max.
Now its time to wait for them to start flowering, everything is set and ready.

Pot_Portraits Week 6 and the first week of flower, she stretched good so far, very strong branches, she can go a bit more no problems.
Feed should be Greenhouse Feeding by now but still didn't arrive so I bridge with AN. Overall the structure came out very nice,
now its time to fill those branches with some flowers.👌

Pot_Portraits Week 7 of the grow and week 2 of flower for the Tropicana Banana, this strain is amazing so far, very resistant to any pest, she is stretchy but solid and resistant. Very strong and big leaves, had some Thrips sneaking in which I eliminated with the classic dish soap and neem oil mix, during the attack of the Thrips the Tropicana was the only plant not being really attacked by them. She is growing to a nice size even I used LST training she is at 1 meter for all main branches now.

Pot_Portraits Week 3 of flower, she is doing amazing. Loves life and prays to the light at full power. She is growing nicely and the buds start to take shape.
From next week onwards we should see some proper structure in the flowers, Trichome coverage is medium, compared to the Strawberry Lemonade which is more covered but there is a lot of time left :)
Still feeding the same dose of Greenhouse Hybrid Powder, so far the plants respond good to it.
So lets see what next week brings in development.

Pot_Portraits Week 4 of flower, the Bananas are taking shape, she is packing on weight quick now and still has 6 weeks left.
Feeding is all the same, no real changes. Trichome production increased a bit more again, she drinks a lot.

Pot_Portraits She is getting fat ! This strain is impressive already, so early into flower and those are some baseball size Colas, 21-24 inches overall across 7 top colas.
The smell is getting stronger now and the trichome coverage also increased a good bit, even though it was good early on.
The plant training came out as I wanted it, tall and narrow so she can fit without stress next to the other 7.
Lets see what happens over the next week, not sure how much bigger these want to get :)

Pot_Portraits We are in week 6 of flower or coming to the end of that, she is looking amazing. The slight PM caused by the Strawberry hit this one a bit but cleaned her up and sprayed her.
Buds are just insane on this one, she really is a heavy harvester, massive colas.
Will start flushing.

Pot_Portraits Another week for the Tropicanna Banana and the Colas are getting stupid big. She is a real producer, just when you think there is no way she is gonna put on more size she will.
I was prepared for this strain to be a heavy harvester but it really is spectacular.
Will start the flush soon and finish her over the next 2 weeks.
Pot_Portraits So here we are at the end of an exciting grow. This strain impressed with heavy big buds, this pheno was a bit weak towards pests etc, I took a clone from this plant and it acts the same, need to run another 2 seeds of this strain to see if they act a bit different.
Other than that this strain is clearly a producer, my pheno was not the strongest in terms of smell and taste but it was very nice.
The training turned out perfect for pictures :) that's my criteria, it needs to look good and be possible to move the plant around when it comes to training.
Overall a fun strain which I will start another 2 seeds from to see how they do! Clear recommendation for people that look for big harvests.
@PlaguedGardens, got a tropical sweetness to it, she was covered in Trichomes early but the smell only starts to develop now, but its starting out very nice :))
