My tent temp has been running about 78-80% in flower. How do I lower my temperature and humidity with buying an A/C unit. They are in air conditioned lung room already.

stronger AC unit or run at night? portable ac unit for that room? Can't call it a conditioned lung room if it can't control the temperatures. Or, is it the offset between inside the tent and outside that is the problem? If so you need to exchange air faster from lung to tent.. exhaust warm air outside, if necessary. But, if equipment is struggling and these small things can fix it, it's still under-sized and probably not going to last long while over-worked. I burned out an under-size dehum within 3-4 years. I only grow in fall/winter based on how these things average out with my seasonal temperatures. A choice between added costs or sticking to a time of year that averages out to decent Temp/RH range for growing. each to their own... stay under 30c as best you can. 30c is not a hard line in the sane. you'd probably be fine at 32 or 33, too. Higher RH will mitigate higher temperatures -- refer to a VPD table to properly mesh temp and RH... as long as RH isn't higher than 65% it's not high-risk.

Not super bad of a temp, but open your bottom flaps with the nets to circulate air more and turn the exhaust fan up a tad if not already. Another great way is to get an extension for your driver to your lights and put the driver outside of the tent, this will significantly lower the temp in your tent!

83 not too bad to be honest. leaf temperature is most important. It can depend on strain my Neville's haze absolutely could not stand anything above 80F. but this currant grow my green poison i was showing mag/ potassium deficiency. my tents happened to get really hot a few weeks in middle of summer and they started praying like your are in the picture and the yellow went away. i got over 90 a few days transitioning into flower. That is with running my light on in the middle of the night too. most of the time those temps are pretty excessive but for some reason they needed the warmth. Your plants look healthy, I wouldn't chase numbers too much as long as you dont see any negative happening. The easiers thing to do is turn the light down a little, and move it closer if you need to. that should shave off a few degrees
