CBD Dragon F3 x Stephen Hawking

705_Project . 19 August 2025: One CBD Dragon seed and one Stephen Hawking seed didn't make it, so I'm tossing in a couple Gelato X Grand Daddy Purple Feminized seeds into the mix to get a chance at pollination as well. They were from a pack of "Cheap seeds" that have a 1 in 5 chance of being autoflower instead of photoperiod, so its no loss if they're crap. The rest are doing fine, including the somewhat malnurished appearance of the Stephen Hawking seedlings, which is fitting I suppose. 💩 - 18 August 2025: All but one of the CBD Dragon F3 have broken soil at this point, and it's clear 7 East Genetics are keeping their seed stock up to date and healthy. Two of the Stephen Hawking Kush have broken soil, with a third one taking a peek, and the other two still rooting out just below the surface, so all five have germinated but not with as much vim and vigour as the 7 East seeds. while I did buy the SHK from Quebec Cannabis Seeds, I have no idea when or where they obtained the seeds, or which of the three known phenotypes the seeds were created from. ----- 14 August 2025: This will be my first try at breeding, dipping my toes into the water to eventually get that perfect low THC, high CBD cross for nighttime use, even if it takes years of hunting and sampling. I don't care about actual cannabinoid percentages, I'm strictly going for plant health, effects, flavour, appearance, and yield - not necessarily in that order. I am planting seeds directly into soil, a proprietary homemade coco organic blend with complete slow release nutrients and micros. CBD Stephen Hawking Kush are feminized and only the healthiest one or two will be selected for breeding with the healthiest CBD Dragon Male. Lighting will start at 24/0 until true leaves are fully formed, and then lighting will be switched to 12/12 with plants brought to flower in solo cups and selected at that point for breeding, and the rest transplanted into the compost 😐👇
