SmellyJoe The feeding has been increased from 7ml per 10 liter to 20ml per 10 liter. The plants show no signs of issues with the increase in feed and the defoliation. The Super Cheese stem is still purple but it could be due to the cold ( Winter )

SmellyJoe Stretching has taken off for sure. I cleaned up a bit before the stretch and will probably give another if needed. So far I am just pushing bigger leafs out of the way unless it seriously blocks a bud site
