Lack of info so i'll just assume some things, lol...
The droopiness?
First, could be normal as i see some of these are plants at night time or after lights go out, correct? Plants droop in darkness. It should not be all droopy-dog when lights are on, though. Some slight droop at the end of the light cycle is fine but if it ever expands out for longer duration before lights go out at end of cycle, it's too much light.
FC4800 18 hours a day from normal hanging distance should be 65-70%. When you switch to 12h, covr same area and bump to 100%. Easy as that. Same hanging distance. Same geometry for 'best' coverage across entire canopy. If you are giving a lot more than that over 18hours, this is likely the cause of what you see.
