MistaOC 27.05. 🌱 Amnesia Core Cut – Organic Living Soil Grow
Clone | 19L Fabric Pot | BioGrow | Mars Hydro FC4800 EVO
⸻
🗓️ Week 1 – Day 1
Strain: Amnesia Core Cut (NL Lineage – Coffeeshop Genetics)
Origin: Clone, not from seed
Pot: 19L Gronest fabric pot
Medium: Canna Terra Professional
Nutrients: 60g Greenhouse Feeding BioGrow (top-mixed into soil)
Light: Mars Hydro FC4800 EVO – running at 25%, approx. 60 cm distance
Environment:
• Temperature: 24–25 °C
• Humidity: 68–70%
• Light cycle: 18/6
Watering: RO water + CalMag (~0.3 EC), around 800 ml with no runoff
⸻
📸 Day 1 – “Not perfect, but ready to bounce back”
The Amnesia Core Cut went into her final 19L pot today.
She’s not in perfect shape – upper leaves look a bit pale, some yellowing on the lowers, and a few brown spots here and there. But the structure’s solid and new growth is already reaching up. She’s alive and pushing forward.
💬 Initial thoughts:
Typical clone stress – probably from transport, light change, or transplant shock.
Keeping the light intensity low for now (25%) so she can adjust gently. The BioGrow was lightly mixed into the topsoil – no liquid nutes, just letting the biology kick in.
⸻
🔧 Setup Notes:
• Clip fan providing gentle airflow – not directly hitting the plant
• Soil is moist but not saturated – no runoff to preserve microbial life
• No LST or training yet – waiting for visible recovery
⸻
🎯 Goal:
A clean, organic grow with full flavor and structure – no bottles, no boosters.
The Amnesia Core Cut is a legendary Dutch clone for a reason – we’re giving her time, space, and biology to show what she can do. In a few days, she should start to bounce back. 🌿

🗓️ Week 1 – Day 4 (May 30)
Strain: Amnesia Core Cut (NL Lineage – Coffeeshop Genetics)
Origin: Clone, not from seed
Pot: 19L Gronest fabric pot
Medium: Canna Terra Professional
Nutrients: 60g Greenhouse Feeding BioGrow (top-mixed)
Light: Mars Hydro FC4800 EVO – 25%, ~60 cm distance
Environment:
• Temp: 24–25 °C
• RH: 65–70%
• Light cycle: 18/6
Watering: No water today – soil still slightly moist
⸻
✂️ Day 4 – “Topped and moving forward”
Today she got her first topping – just above the 3rd node.
It felt like the right moment: the new growth was healthy, upright, and clearly stabilizing after the initial stress.
Lower leaves still show early damage, but the top structure is now vigorous enough to guide her shape from here.
💬 Topping Details:
• Cut made with sterile scissors
• No visible stress response so far
• Growth tips below the cut are healthy and ready to take over
• Structure is now set for wider growth – perfect for this 19L pot
⸻
🔧 Setup Notes:
• No water or feed today
• Light remains at 25% – no intensity boost post-topping
• Soil still moderately moist, no signs of droop
• Monitoring daily for recovery signs and balanced canopy development
⸻
🎯 Outlook:
She’s officially in training mode.
The worst is behind her, and now we’re setting the framework for a solid mainline.
Expecting a short pause in vertical growth while the sides catch up – just how we like it.
Next step: even growth, leaf symmetry, and a stable rhythm. 🌱.
MistaOC 17.06. Day 22
Day 7 of Flower
Grow Diary – Day 17 (Flowering Day 7)
Strain: Amnesia Core Cut (Clone)
Training: Topped
Nutrients:
• Aptus Regulator: 0.1 ml/L
• CalMag: 1 ml/L
• Base Water: RO water, pH-adjusted
Lighting: LED at ~75% intensity (flowering start)
Date: June 17
⸻
Status: First Week of Flowering – Strong Transition
After a successful vegetative period, the Amnesia Core Cut is now entering week 2 of flowering (Day 7 of 12/12). The plant has transitioned beautifully—showing no stress from the switch and adapting well to the new lighting schedule. Stretch is in progress, and she now stands at over 40 cm in height. The first pistils and bud sites are clearly forming, with tight internodal spacing and a balanced structure thanks to the earlier topping.
⸻
Growth & Flowering Development:
• Height has increased steadily to ~40+ cm
• Flower sites appearing along all main tops
• Internodal spacing remains compact
• No yellowing, burning, or deficiency symptoms
• Vigorously reaching upward – classic sativa stretch phase beginning
⸻
Environment:
• Light: Increased to ~75% LED power, 12/12 schedule
• Temperature: ~24–27 °C day / ~20 °C night
• Humidity: Reduced to ~65%
• Airflow: Consistent and strong, with no hotspots or stagnant zones
⸻
Outlook:
The next 7–10 days will bring rapid vertical growth and continued formation of bud sites. Light defoliation may be applied soon to maintain airflow through the canopy. Nutrient feeding remains minimal, with Regulator and CalMag continuing to support strong stem development and prevent early calcium/magnesium issues. Watching for stretch limits to plan SCROG net or final plant positioning if needed.

MistaOC Grow Diary – Day 22 (Flowering Day 12)
Strain: Amnesia Core Cut (Clone)
Training: Topping, LST, now HST + SCROG net installed
Nutrients:
• Aptus Regulator: 0.1 ml/L
• CalMag: 1 ml/L
• Base Water: pH-adjusted RO water
Lighting: LED at ~70% intensity
Date: June 22
⸻
Status: Stretch Accelerated – HST & SCROG Implemented
The Amnesia Core Cut has entered full stretch mode and is showing classic sativa vigor. In just a few days, vertical growth accelerated to the point where high-stress training (HST) became necessary to control canopy height and redirect energy laterally. Today, a SCROG net was installed to support structure, guide tops, and ensure even light distribution across the flowering sites.
⸻
Training & Canopy Development:
• Plant exceeded expected height—HST applied to control upper dominance
• SCROG net installed to flatten canopy and expose lower sites
• Tops are now being gently tucked under the net daily to maintain even spread
• No visible stress response yet – plant recovered quickly from training
⸻
Flowering Progress:
• Bud sites are multiplying and beginning to stack
• Pistil development is increasing – early flower structures are well-defined
• Nodes remain compact with strong lateral growth
• Leaf turgor high, no wilt or deformation after HST
⸻
Environmental Conditions:
• Light: Still at ~50% intensity, adjusted distance post-HST
• Temperature: ~27-28 °C (day), ~23-24 °C (night)
• Humidity: Holding around 55-60%
• Airflow: Very good – net helps with space management and air circulation
⸻
Outlook:
The next phase will focus on managing the SCROG, continuing daily tucking and spacing. Flowering is now fully underway, with bud sites forming across the entire canopy. Close monitoring is essential to prevent light stress and maintain a balanced VPD. If growth continues at this pace, slight defoliation may be needed soon to optimize light penetration.
