Pasmalstudios We took our seed and tucked it into a damp paper towel. Once folded with put the damp paper towel and closed it into a plastic bag over night. It germinated overnight and we were able to plant it into the starter pot the next day.

Pasmalstudios We had gotten to this point with our last seed, but we chose the wrong grow light for it and it starved. We chose (with the warm weather finally) to put outside on our outside balcony (we live in the countryside away from people and cars). It immediately looks so different. Where our previous seed grew tall but weak and spindly (looking for sun) this one is short and stout and already growing official leaves. Its stem is nice a brown instead of the pale whitish green. I've got a good feeling about this.

Pasmalstudios We realized she wasn't growing much so we got her a grow light to sit under. Her stem is really stiffening up and she's really growing leaves now. We need to add fish-grow fertilizer but we're unsure of amounts and timing (so we're stalling). We got big fabric pot (to be able to move her around our property once shes big enough. She'll spend the summer outside but will probably spend her flowering and harvest inside since by then it'll be too cold outside. For now shes doing ok. We're learning.

Pasmalstudios Shes growing slowly but surely. I think our soil is too heavy in the straw and she needs more soil...but we're stalling on how to actually solve that without re-potting her too early? Overall-- she seems ok? I did one foliar this week (her first), nothing bad happened. I consider that a win!

Pasmalstudios so its been a while since we updated. So much has happened and we learned so much. our initial homemade mix was way to draining (no surprise) we re-potted her in a new "starter" pot with soil, coco husk and perlite and got a nice light (phlizon ph-d6) that works a treat! she really grew but was still laggy. We ended up moving her and got her in a 10L pot. she handled that super well and so we added fishmix to her watering once a week and SHE EXPLODED. in 3 weeks she grew 15cm and outgrew her 10L pot. So we just re potted her in a 40L pot with an additional 20L of soil (so 30L of soil all together) from biobizz (their topmix). We're looking to really get her to bush out so were attempting some light training. We think 2-4 weeks more of veg and then we'll pop her lighting situation to flower. We'll see what we get! We've really gone through a journey with this.

Pasmalstudios So we've continued to grow with the plan of flipping her in mid-oct when she's more filled out and bushy. Over the last 2 weeks shes grown outwards way more and it's been amazing to see. We definitely know better what to do for next time (we have one seed left of this strain) and I'm really excited to learn about whats next. We've attempted to LST ... not really sure how to do it so we'd love some feedback. She thrived in the repotting to 30l pot using biofizz soil, I'm convinced she didn't even notice aside from realizing she has more room for her roots now.

Pasmalstudios Keeping up with what we did last week. We just fed her 6ml of fishmix and 3ml of the rootgrow. We're getting her as big and bush as we can. I was thinking of flipping her mid-oct....maybe I could do it sooner than I thought. We used to water 1xweek. Now we've moved to 2xweek.
