Appoldro420 Title: 100% ChatGPT-Guided Grow – 12/12 Fast Flower Test (With Supervision) Hey growers! This grow is an experiment: I'm letting ChatGPT guide my entire grow cycle, from lighting to nutrients to environmental tweaks. It’s all based on AI suggestions. Of course, I’ll still be keeping a close eye on things — if I see something going wrong or the plants aren’t vibing with the plan, I’ll step in. But the idea is to test how far AI can take a grow under controlled conditions. Strains – All from @Sweet_Seeds (F1 Fast Version): Mental Rainbow F1 Fast Version Tropicanna Poison F1 Fast Version S.A.D. Sweet Afgani Delicious F1 Fast Version Gorilla Girl F1 Fast Version Setup: Coco in 20L @MarsHydroLED SmartPots Grow tent: @SecretJardin DR240W Lighting: 2x 720W LM301H EVO LEDs 12/12 from seed Germination: May 14th / Main grow starts May 20th Nutrients: Hy-Pro Coco A/B CalMag Pro, @BAC Silica Power, F1 Extreme Booster Irrigation: Week 1 hand watering, then Blumat pH starts at 5.8 CO₂ supplementation via natural gas system (Spider Farmer GGS) Goal: Complete a full grow cycle in 10 weeks or less, from seed to harvest. Immediate win: steady 700 PPM from just the pilot light, no active burn needed. When turned off, it drops neatly to 400 PPM, matching the calibration point. Double-checked with the Dimlux CO₂ sensor—readings line up perfectly. Still no tracking info for the originally ordered lights, so out of impatience I grabbed two new 720W LM281B fixtures from Germany this afternoon. Should arrive Friday/Saturday. It's a Trade Assurance order, so in theory, I'm covered. Now the question: let the seedlings coast at 259 µmol for two more days, or hang the old lights to boost them to 500 µmol? Eight out of twelve are already above soil, and honestly, I’d rather not mess with the current vibe. Leaning toward leaving them be—low stress, happy sprouts. Best part: temps dropped to 27.9˚C inside the tent now that the CO₂ generator’s out. Room itself is 24˚C, so all in all pretty chill. Curious what’ll happen once those dual 720W monsters fire up… it’s gonna get toasty, no doubt. 24/05: Stocked up on new Plagron nutes—finally. Now I can lock back into the full 10-week feeding plan (Plagron Cocos + B.A.C.). Flushing the res tonight and going full reset. Mixing fresh soup right after, dialed in to match this schedule: Week 1: Plagron Cocos A/B: 2 ml/L B.A.C. Silica Power: 0.2 ml/L Plagron CalMag Pro: 0.5 ml/L B.A.C. Appoldro420 May 21th Grow Diary – Day 1 All seeds popped – 100% germination rate. Off to a banging start. Got the notification my new lights (2x 720W) are arriving tomorrow, so things are about to get intense. Gave the girls a bit of extra water today. Noticed the coco cools down fast after lights off, probably drying out quicker than expected. Curious to see what the data says in the morning. Had a bit of a nutrient mix-up – thought I was running Plagron Cocos A/B, turns out it was Hy-Pro all along. They're similar, but not quite the same. Plagron is ordered now, and Hy-Pro's almost out anyway, so timing worked out. Tent’s starting to dial in nicely: Temp: 26.9˚C RH: 62.5% VPD: 1.36 Coco temp: 26.7˚C EC in coco: 0.7 CO2: 771 PPM Light: PPFD 206 µmol/m²/s The girls are happy. Tomorrow the real light show begins. #SpiderFarmerGrow #CocoGrow #IndoorCannabis #CO2Enriched #GrowTentSetup #720WLED #LM301HEvo #GrowWithSensors #SmartGrowTech #DripIrrigation #MentalRainbowF1 #TropicannaPoisonF1 #SADF1 #GorillaGirlF1 #SweetSeedsGenetics #SeedlingStage #FirstLeaves #GerminationSuccess #CannabisDiary #GrowDiariesCommunity 22/05: The German lights have arrived. Heat output is significant, even at just 50% power – noticeably higher than my previous 4x 240W panels at full blast. The AC immediately feels the pressure. Light intensity is solid: 608 µmol/m²/s at 1 meter distance on 50%. The Spider Farmer GGS Controller performs flawlessly. Manual dimming is instant with no delay; when dimming through programmed light cycles (sunrise/sunset), it smoothly follows the ramp-up or ramp-down settings. Very precise control. I moved the GGS SensorPro mount, so the sensor can now easily follow canopy height as the plants grow. Small tweak, big convenience. Received a DHL tracking number from Germany today, no shipment details yet. Since I’ve got no other open orders, there’s a decent chance this is the Alibaba shipment. Supplier mentioned the tracking would only go live once the package reached Germany, which now seems to be the case. 23/05: Update: all seeds have cracked, but one of the Mental Rainbow F1 Fast Version girls is lagging behind — popped her head out, but no cotyledons showing yet. Just a naked stem with a stubborn helmet.

Appoldro420 Medium: Coco/perlite Lighting: LED (PPFD 800 µmol from day 1) Light Schedule: 12/12 from seed Temp: 29°C day / 22°C night RH: 67% day / 59% night CO₂: 1000 PPM EC: 1.3 pH: 5.5 Feeding: Auto drip Goal: Harvest in 10 weeks from seed – high-speed photoperiod run Day 8 – High-speed photoperiod experiment: GO big or go home This isn’t your average grow. I’m running a high-intensity experiment to push photoperiod strains from seed to harvest in 10 weeks, using: 12/12 from day 1 PPFD 800 µmol at seedling stage 1000 PPM CO₂ from the start Aggressive feeding (EC 1.3) in early veg Basically, there’s no vegetative phase — they’re being forced straight into flower conditions. The environment is locked in: day temps 29°C, night 22°C, RH around 60%, and coco/perlite medium with automated drippers. But yeah... I went a little too hard on water early on. Out of 12, 3 didn’t make it — classic case of overwatering young roots in coco. The 9 survivors are hanging in there. They’re still small, but compact, healthy, and green. They’re under a ton of light, CO₂ and food — so now it’s all about building roots fast. 💡 Key insights so far: 12/12 + 800 PPFD on seedlings = brutal: Not for beginners. If roots don’t establish fast, the plant gets left behind. CO₂ from day 1 seems to help: Those that survived are thriving under intense conditions — tight internodes and thick early foliage. Mistakes cost time: This style of grow leaves zero room for error. No time to “recover” — every day matters. Day 9 – Growth kicking in We're on day 9 and the girls are now visibly picking up pace! There’s solid vertical growth across the board. A small casualty report to share though: we lost one Gorilla Girl, one Mental Rainbow, and one Sweet Afghani Delicious. That leaves us with: 🌱 3x Tropicana Poison F1 Fast Version 🌱 2x Gorilla Girl F1 Fast Version 🌱 2x Mental Rainbow F1 Fast Version 🌱 2x Sweet Afghani Delicious F1 Fast Version The seedlings are standing tall and look healthy. Irrigation seems consistent, with coco remaining evenly moist. A few pots are showing signs of green algae on the surface – likely due to persistent surface moisture. Nothing critical, but perhaps worth adjusting drip duration or frequency slightly. A quick snapshot of where the girls stand on day 9 — development is picking up across the board, with some clear leaders emerging. A few standouts are already pushing 3–4 internodes, while others are a bit behind the curve. Here’s a breakdown: 🌿 Top Performers: Gorilla Girl #2 – absolute front-runner with 4 nodes and broad leaf structure. Tropicana Poison #1 – vibrant and symmetrical, pushing rapid growth. Unlabeled (Photo 6) – compact but surprisingly well-developed, very healthy. 🐢 Lagging Behind: Mental Rainbow #2 & #5 – smaller with ~2 internodes, but still green and healthy. Unlabeled (Photo 8) – shows signs of algae on the surface, likely due to persistent moisture. Slight growth delay. 🌱 Overall Observations: Average development is at 2–3 nodes, which is within expected range. No visible signs of nutrient stress — all leaves are rich green and upright. A few pots show surface algae, which may indicate overly wet top layers. Will tweak irrigation timing accordingly. No sign of stretch — light intensity and VPD appear well dialed in. The canopy is starting to take shape. LST for the stronger phenos is coming up soon! 31/05: 🌱 Early Veg - Day 10 All plants are upright and developing steadily. The first 2–3 nodes are clearly visible and foliage looks vibrant across the board. 🦍 Gorilla Girl F1 Fast is currently leading in vigor. She's putting out broad leaves and shows strong structure — early signs of a fast grower. 🍊 Tropicanna Poison F1 Fast shows a notable divergence: one phenotype is branching nicely while the other is significantly behind. No signs of stress though, possibly just slower genetics. 🌈 Mental Rainbow F1 Fast appears healthy and symmetrical. One pot's medium looks a bit saturated, so root zone aeration is something to watch closely. 🌒 S.A.D. F1 Fast has slightly lighter foliage. While no deficiency symptoms are visible, this might hint at a mild nitrogen demand — a small boost in base nutrients could help. ⚠️ Note on substrate: A few pots show green surface layers — likely algae due to high humidity and prolonged moisture. No threat yet, but could limit oxygen at the root zone if it persists. Overall: A stable and promising start. No visible stress, nice internodal spacing, and consistent growth — just the usual early-stage variability between phenos. 01/06: Day 12 since germination (with day 1 = May 21st). Today’s photos were taken under 500 µmol/m²/s at 3500K — lower than their actual light setting (600 µmol/m²/s with 800 ppm CO₂ per schedule). This may slightly soften leaf tones in the pictures, but plant form and progress are clearly visible. Compared to yesterday, there’s a noticeable increase in leaf volume, especially on the Mental Rainbow group. Earlier signs of underfeeding (slightly pale lower leaves) are stabilizing following the EC boost to 1.2. No stress or tip burn — they’re responding just right. Substrate and climate remain stable. Some plants look almost ready for early LST in a few days.

Appoldro420 05/06: Day 15 – The calm before the canopy All four Gorilla Girl F1 Fast Version ladies are moving confidently into the vegetative phase. We're at day 15 and the plants are developing a healthy structure: no signs of deficiencies, nice leaf posture, and symmetrical internodal spacing. The drip system is delivering evenly, and humidity is well-managed thanks to the ultrasonic mister. With CO₂ levels stabilized through the GGS controller and light intensity tailored via LM301H Evo boards, the environment is dialed in for optimal growth. No stretching, no stress – just textbook early veg behavior. No LST yet – we're waiting for the fifth internode to show up before training begins. At this rate, that might be just around the corner. So far, so smooth. Let’s see what the next few days bring! 🌱 06/06: The girls have now reached day 16 since germination (May 21st) and are progressing beautifully. Several plants have developed 5–6 internodes, which means it’s the perfect moment to start gentle LST – provided no signs of stress show up. So far, all looks green and lush. The leaves are vibrant and well-structured, with no signs of overfeeding or deficiency. The drip system seems to be working effectively, although there’s a bit of standing water at the back right – possibly from a leaky emitter or disconnected tube, worth a quick check. Humidity is actively maintained with mist, and the overall canopy is developing evenly. No signs of stretch or legginess – the light intensity and CO₂ integration seem to be right on point. Vegetative growth has officially kicked into gear. Training starts tomorrow? 🌿 08/06: The LM301H EVO panels are scheduled to arrive on Wednesday, day 1 of week 4 — though experience suggests that tracking updates aren't always gospel. If they land on time, PPFD will be set to 1100 µmol/m²/s per the light plan. CO₂ will be increased to 1300 ppm to support the new intensity. Although the LM301H EVO units are more efficient than the LM281Bs (and should technically reduce heat at the same output), the weekly PPFD increase and forecasted outdoor temps near 30 °C may still turn the tent into a desert. A portable air cooler has been added to help mitigate this risk. GGS SensorPro handles VPD and climate tracking. The 450 ml/h ultrasonic humidifier cycles during peak hours to soften humidity dips. With Blumats in use, there's no runoff — so EC starts at 1.5 and will be raised in 0.1–0.2 increments every 3 days, targeting 1.7–1.8 by week’s end, assuming the plants respond well. 09/06: Last night I refreshed the reservoir due to a slightly low pH. I remixed everything according to the nutrient schedule but dialed the EC down just a bit. I also chose to water manually this round — I want to see how the plants handle a more generous feed, especially under the new lights. The dehumidifier has been removed from the tent for now. It was just taking up space, and honestly, humidity has been too low rather than too high lately. I also made a small upgrade to the humidifier: replaced the narrow output hose with a Y-splitter. Based on the data, it’s already showing improved performance — better RH stability, no more condensation buildup, and a smoother mist spread. Finally, I'm seeing the first signs of preflowering: tiny white pistils emerging right on cue after flipping straight to 12/12. Everything is moving along exactly as expected.

Appoldro420 11/06: Today I gave each plant a good flush with 2.25L of water, which led to a generous runoff. The EC of the drain came out at 1.6, slightly on the high side, suggesting some salt buildup in the coco medium. I’ll follow up with another flush in two days to bring things back into balance. The pH of the runoff was slightly low at this EC, which makes sense given the extremely soft tap water I'm using. I've ordered some pH+ to stabilize that part. I had planned to tune the Blumats today, but I’ll hold off until EC and pH values are back in the sweet spot. Looking at the photos, there are faint signs of early magnesium deficiency – interveinal yellowing on younger leaves, most notably on the more developed plants. CalMag Pro is already included in the feed, so this might have been an early nudge to keep an eye on uptake efficiency. Otherwise, the ladies are looking vigorous and healthy, with RH and temp well within target. Onward we grow! 13/06: Today I noticed clear phenotypic patterns emerging between strains. Tropicanna Poison F1 Fast plants show an open structure with longer internodes – very typical for their sativa-dominant genetics. Gorilla Girl F1 Fast plants, on the other hand, are compact and bushy, with short internodes and tight lateral growth. S.A.D. F1 Fast appears more similar to the Gorilla Girl structure, while Mental Rainbow F1 Fast seems to lean more towards Tropicanna's growth style. A small adjustment was made to the water today: 30 ml of Easy Life Kalium Potassium was added to slightly harden the water and help stabilize pH within the Plagron Cocos regimen. Since this was just added, it’s too early to observe any plant response. It also raised the question whether the PK booster – which contains both potassium and phosphorus – could eventually serve a similar stabilizing role. Something to keep in mind for future testing. 14/06: Temperatures are rising—literally. Night temps hit 32.2˚C and with lights on, we're peaking at 38.4˚C. The 6˚C increase is surprisingly consistent. I bumped the irrigation slightly to help reduce heat stress. CO₂ is currently running at 1300 ppm, partly because it's lingering longer than expected and contributes less to heat buildup. Shutting it off is tempting, but from experience, plants struggle even more at 32˚C without supplemental CO₂. EC is sitting at 1.5, a bit higher than the 1.4 target due to the KH+ influence—but at least deficiencies aren’t on the menu. If the heat keeps up, I’m expecting large but airy buds. Silver lining? They ripen fast. Still hopeful that the LM301H Evos warm the tent less than the older lights—my theory says about 4˚C at the same PPFD, not 6. Let’s see if we get a chance to test that theory again. 15/06: Day 26 from seed (week 4, day 5), and the plants are exploding with growth. CO₂ enrichment and intense lighting are clearly driving things into high gear — but also revealing a slight potassium deficiency on older fan leaves. It’s minor, but consistent with accelerated demand under these conditions. K is crucial for photosynthesis, osmotic regulation, and nutrient transport, so it makes sense. pH is stable around 6.1, EC is fine — so this seems more like rapid uptake than any real shortage. I’ll slightly increase EC next feed and monitor runoff values to stay ahead of it. Hardware update: the SpiderFarmer humidifier gave up after just 3 weeks (great investment…). With RH around 35%, the tent is uncomfortably dry, so I’ll pick up a new one tomorrow — hopefully something more robust. Also, my new lights should arrive soon. I’ve already sold the old gear (surprisingly fast on JD), and I’ll swap out the current lights as soon as the new ones are in. Temps are high right now, but next week should be cooler and the new lights should help too. Fingers crossed for smoother sailing soon. 🌡️🌿 16/06: YES! The new LED just arrived! 😎 So far it’s only been connected for a quick test — and everything works perfectly! The 720W LM301H Evo with UV, FR, and IR runs through all spectra smoothly, and both dimmer knobs respond well. Each channel can be controlled independently, which is promising. Tonight I’ll install it in the tent (240x120x200 cm) and finally find out how well it integrates with the GGS controller. Looking forward to testing its spectrum automation and how it syncs with the CO₂ system and DLI controls. It’s going to be an exciting night for the grow room! 🌿🔧 17/06: The ladies are loving the new LM301H Evo lights. Strong, healthy growth, upward leaf posture, and an evenly developing canopy across the tent. Some girls are starting to show early signs of flowering — subtle top-site fading and narrower new leaves are starting to appear (see last pic), combined with a mild stretch between nodes. Classic indicators of preflowering, right on schedule! Also, if you’re interested in these lights: they’re 720W LM301H Evo units with UV, FR, and IR, and I can offer them for €499 each. Just shoot me a message! Unfortunately I cannot upload more foto's this week so I do need a new photo strategy

Appoldro420 18/06: Week 5 – early bloom stage confirmed! 🌱➡️🌸 We're entering week 5 with EC 1.6 and pH 5.8. The very first white pistils have emerged, confirming the transition into early flowering. The recent vertical surge was likely boosted by Far-Red and IR spectrum effects, along with enhanced metabolism from the CO₂ generator. From here, the plants will start shifting energy from stretch to flower production. Environmental control (especially RH and VPD) is now crucial to avoid early bloom issues. LST is being finalized as structure sets in. 21/06: We're now at day 31 since germination, and the flowering phase is clearly underway. Based on the canopy photo, the plants are thriving: a lush, uniform green with no signs of nutrient stress. Buds are starting to stack up nicely, and the foliage remains sturdy and intact. EC has been bumped up to 1.8 this week to support early bloom demands — especially for phosphorus and potassium — and the plants are handling it smoothly. No burnt tips or discoloration, indicating stable nutrient uptake. With environmental parameters dialed in through the GGS controller, everything's in sync. Onward to some serious bud building. 22/06: Stretch is in full swing — the girls are reaching hard, and I’ve had to raise the lights multiple times over the last few days. They’re now hovering just 10 cm above the canopy, delivering 1200 PPFD at 38 °C. We're truly pushing the physiological limit here. Dropping the lights any closer isn’t an option — cooling is maxed out, and more intensity = more heat. The only adjustable variable left would be CO₂ reduction, which I’d rather avoid at this stage. So far, no visible stress signs, but I’m watching them closely. Water uptake is intense — 100L in just 5 days. I refilled today (rather than a full res change) to prevent air pocket formation. Slightly bumped up the EC to temper the stretch. If things keep going vertical, some LST may soon be necessary — a few tops are practically kissing the diodes.
