greenthumb42 The outdoor season is slowly starting, and I have germinated 3 Pineapple Express seeds from Zamnesia. All three have sprouted. I'm using 25L pots with Lightmix soil, and for the start, I placed about a handful of seedling and cutting soil in the center for germination. This week, I’m not giving them any fertilizer yet, just a bit of pH down. Next week, I plan to move the little ones outside, as the weather should be good enough by then.

greenthumb42 Hi everyone, the Pineapple Express have grown well this week and seem to have enjoyed the good weather. It rained quite a lot yesterday, but I should definitely fertilize them at the next opportunity, as the girls are already looking very light green — though that could also be because they haven’t rooted into the Lightmix yet. This week, they'll probably have to spend 1–2 nights indoors, as the nighttime temperatures are expected to drop too much if the weather forecast is correct.

greenthumb42 Hi everyone, the Pineapple Express is off to a great start and developing really well. The nighttime temperatures have become fairly stable, so I’m a bit less worried about the little ones freezing. They’ve all grown quite evenly and are around 16 cm tall. 😊

greenthumb42 Hi everyone, the Pineapple Express plants are also doing great. They're a bit smaller than the same-aged Auto Daiquiri Lime plants, but just as sturdy and healthy. One of them had aphids this week, but thankfully they're gone now after a neem oil treatment. 🙏

greenthumb42 Hi everyone, the Pineapple Express are now in full bloom and already smell really good. They also have a few aphids, but considering the current infestation affecting all plants, it's relatively harmless, and the plants otherwise look healthy.

greenthumb42 Hi everyone, the Pineapple Express plants are flowering nicely and already smell really good. They've also grown a bit more. I'd say they probably won't manage the 8–9 weeks from seed to harvest stated on the packaging, but they're definitely much faster than the Daiquiri Lime.

greenthumb42 Hi everyone, the Pineapple Express plants have stopped stretching and are now busy producing buds. The smallest one has some really strange-looking flowers, they seem more like leaves, but I'm curious to see how it turns out.

It was a great result on the scale, even though one pheno was very small. All in all, I'm satisfied, there were just a few too many leaves to trim. The smell is amazing; I’ll be able to say more later once the buds have had time to dry.

greenthumb42 Hi everyone, I harvested the Pineapple Express today, overall a great result! Unfortunately, one of the plants was noticeably smaller compared to the others and produced significantly less. All the buds were a bit leafy, so trimming was a lot of work, especially with the small one, that one took the most effort. #1 329g #2 355g #3 126g
